Difficult egress with parked cars and gas pumps, so you'll lose the extra time savings with the fast service.

This 7-11 needs to do a way better with the outside of their store. There’s always chicken bones laying around.

Genuine question: who is hiring these cashiers? At a random bar? They’re extremely rude, have no sympathy whatsoever, and even sometimes get my orders wrong. I have seen many people argue with this one employee all the time or have some type of issue. I haven’t had extreme personal problems my self with this one employee but he definitely does show extreme frustration. I get it; you get paid minimum wage but there is no need to ACT LIKE you literally get paid minimum wage 🤦

Worst experience buying a pack of croissant bread that was labeled $2.58 but the lady kept saying I needed to pay 4+ change. I tried to explain to her to look at the package…it says “$2.58” on it! but no, her reasoning? because there are two croissants inside the pack! She needed to key it twice? So why would you label the pack $2.58 and then forced the customer to pay twice at the counter???? I recommend you change your system or else someone can sue you for price misleading. I just left the store with nothing btw.

My visit on Tuesday morning was not good at all my coffee and muffin where supposed to be 2 dollars plus tax. The cashier/ attendant kept telling me that is wrong. As he reached over the counter and touched the computer screen with took 2000 of my points then says now your muffin is free. This was at the Manassas Virginia store, at corner of Euclid avenue and Manassas drive. I did not want to use my points . And it was suppose to be free muffin with any size coffee. To say the least I was and still not pleased with the incident !

mi esposo y mi hijo fueron a pedir favor que les hicieran alitas las personas que estaban en el turno del 02/11/23 a las 11:30 no quisieron cocinarlas diciendo que ya estaban cerrados.porfavor poner atención con las personas que atienden a los clientes .Muy mala atención al cliente .😡😡😡😡😡😡
