Old Navy

Old Navy, is the shopping center which I use the most, the prices are good, clothes quality are best. Never had any issue with any of the purchases I did with Old Navy specially in this store. Nice and helpful employees.

My wife and I favorite store to shop for your family and have them looking amazing. I like my jeans and sweaters. We also puck the latest fashion for our baby. I am a customer for life. The General Manager should make tons of money! I've never had such kind service. Helped find what I was looking for and reminded me to use my savings deals. And not on one occasion. She's always friendly and hard working.

I had a great experience at this location. I usually dislike jean shopping because I have trouble finding a good fit. Today I tried on Old Navy's jeans for the first time, and I am happy I did. They fit so well! I love that they offer jeans in the "long" fit (I'm tall and I cringe when jeans fit me like awkward capri pants).
I felt happy with the overall selection of styles and fits available. The store itself appears clean and organized. Our cashier was an older woman who was so friendly. I appreciated the awesome customer service.

Old Navy fan to begin with, the store is great and the worker bees maintain it very well. Management is very good and knowledgable of all of the products in the store and they are very willing to go out of their way to check availability to include search online to help you find what you need. Thank you for a continued great experience.

They are knocking this service situation out of the park! Staff was still courteous from under their masks, was very visibly disinfecting between guests at checkout, and was doing their best to limit contact with email receipts and contactless payment. I felt very comfortable shopping here!

They've remodled since I was there last. Store was better laid out and more attractive. Found a nice pair of pants. All in all a positive experience. I would go back. Cashier was particularly pleasant.

I always find what I'm looking for at this location. Well stocked and clean. Even the younger associates have great customer service skills! The Manager (I think) with the blonde hair and glasses consistently goes above and beyond for customers.

One young lady I approached help me chose a pair of jeans I probably would have never tried on because I lost weight but have not purchased new jeans in years because I was losing weight.

Went back today for something I put in my online order but it would not let me do a pick up... I think something is off with the software for ordering pick up from the Manassas Virginia store.
I have never been able to use this option. Doesn't work on my tablet and not on my phone... A few sizes can but never my normal size 14 in ANYTHING I put in my basket... It was futile... I think it's definitely a flaw somewhere. Makes using online order and pick up an impossibility. I had to physically go over to the store and make the purchase... Online option is rudimentary and poorly executed especially in the Manassas Virginia store on Bullock Drive.

The store is very clean and well stocked. The staff are very visible and friendly without being overbearing. I was able to make purchases and sign up for thei rewards program very quickly.

Old Navy is a goto shopping location. They always have good deals on out of season clothes. Also, this store was recently remodeled.

I love this store all the associates are amazing there. I'm a father of a toddler girl and I dont know how to coordinate outfits. The employee's there helped me out so much.....THANK YOU

Excellent visit, especially for black Friday! The line wrapped around the corner into the boys section and I checked out in 10 min.

Felt so good to shop inside a store again! The cleanliness is the store and the social distancing steps they have taken made me feel safe.
