Best Buy Outlet

This is the outlet location for Best Buy in the northern Virginia area, and it is a very good place to go to find substantial discounts on returned or slightly damaged floor models. I recently bought a refrigerator and saved about $600 off of a new one just because the one I purchased had a small almost imperceivable ding in one part of the stainless steel. well worth the savings the selection is quite significant. It doesn't matter which appliance you're looking for. if Best Buy sells it, it's probably something you can find in the outlet.

The staff was great, Albert helped me to pick out a very good printer. He told me about its features, what it's capabilities and functions are and comparing them with other printers. He's really savvy with his phone in locating Best Buy printers cost, deals etc.. I'm happy with my Canon G6000 series.

Lindsey is an All Star at this location. She is ALWAYS so knowledge and respectful, she has helped me over the past 4 months buy a whole new kitchen set and washer and dryer. She explained everything in a way I could understand and I know nothing about appliances. She saved me a ton of money and I was able to get everything with a best buy warranty for just being a bust buy customer. An excellent place to get deals on appliances. I ordered an open-box dishwasher online, and the employee helping me made sure I was aware of what I was getting (scratch, missing hose). I had been aware of that, and the cost saving was worth it to me. Do double check your prices and read carefully to make sure you know what you are getting.

Awesome store, smaller electronics are hard to check out if you don't know the inventory, but Appliances and TVs are all out on display for you to check out. Check the website first and call in to have someone give you a rundown on the condition of the item. I got a mint open box Galaxy tab S7+ that was marked as fair, for less than half the price I could find it used online. Worth the call and long drive.

I love Best Buy Outlet. It has almost 1000s of refrigerators, microwaves, TVs, and other computers accessories. A best place to buy Open Box Excellent stuffs. I bought a Bose Soundbar 900 and it was a brand new but Open Box, didn't tear a hole in my pocket! The staff is awesome there. Go and check it out yourself

Great location great prices. go see Lindsey! She will take care of you like family. I have purchased over 15k of appliances in the last 3 years and she is best in the game. This location and the people here are super knowledgeable and want for you only what they would put in their homes. Save money with the built-in best buy warranty. Long time best buy customer. And with top notch service like this I will stay a customer. Before you check out Lowe's or Home Depot to look for application or elections check this location first! You will be pleasantly surprised. No games, just great costumer service. But a new appliance can be nerve wracking don't let it be! Come check out this location. Thank you Lindsay! If you are familiar with this Best Buy the store is pretty big. From my understanding they have redone the store and made it a clearance open box appliances items from washer/dryer, commercial & residential kitchen utilities. They are short staff so waiting in line took longer that usually, I am not entirely sure what there plans are other than that. Upon making this review the just opened

This was my first time going to a Best Buy outlet, while it was not what I was expecting, it was very cool to see all the appliances and things for great prices! Great experience overall!

10/14/23: Bought an open box item. LG 24" Full HD IPS Monitor was $129.99 selling for $75.99. Terence was great. He tested it before we bought it.

I had a great experience at this store. I typically don’t ask for help, but this time I was shopping with my fiancé and she asked Fahim for assistance and I’m so glad she did. Fahim found us a great deal on a Dacor fridge - 70% off! He gave great quality of service, was very friendly, and even remembered us when we came back to pick up the item. 10/10 experience, we will both certainly be back.

This place has become our "life hack" for getting brand new and super cheap discounted items. 10/10 service. They went above and beyond when we came in to pick up our purchases. They made sure we were rung up correctly so we would qualify for all the added benefits of shopping with them. Their employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. The geek squad guys who came to install were quick and respectful. Shout out to Victor and his guy for doing an amazing job. Super friendly and hard working bunch. Definitely coming back and spreading the word on how awesome this place is.

Just went to this Best Buy because it was one of the only ones who had the Mavic Pro drone in stock.

People were super nice and they even let me talk to their drone loving sales guy to get some pointers.

I was in and out and got everything I needed. Plus a 30 day return window for being a prime member with them!

Went to buy a tv, and the salesman was 100 percent helpful
