The staff is awesome from the managers down to the regular staff! Very knowledgeable, patient and most importantly fair. I would like to have a special shout out to Mr. Bernard. He is an absolute professional and has taught me a few life lessons about cars as well. I got more for just a visit in this autozone.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience here. Zach not only inspected my battery to see what the issue was and if a warranty period was covered, but he also ran me through all the different battery types that would work for my car and explained the benefits of each one. He did all this while manning two separate registers and helping them at the same time. Afterwards he installed by battery extremely quickly. Zach is definitely who I will be working with in the future, and I recommend anyone to request him when they need help due to not only his knowledge of the industry, but his phenomenal attitude.

I came into the store with an online order that had not yet been fulfilled. The store was as busy as I’ve ever seen it, and the employees were clearly stretched to their limits. Zac checked me out and asked me to wait just a minute while he filled my order. When he returned initially, he let me know that he recognized that I had ordered two right front brake calipers instead of one left and one right. It would’ve been very easy for Zack to just fill my order as it was and let me leave. I wouldn’t blame him. it was obviously my fault , but Zach took the time to let me know what I had done and corrected my error returning one of the rotors in exchange for the proper one did all this in a courteous and calm manner and was professional throughout. Thank you, Zac much appreciated!!!!

Got what I wanted not only that Krystal if I’m not wrong was helping me to replace my car key battery got cut she was bleeding but still helped me.I was so impressed how helpful she was ☺☺☺🙏🙏🙏

Zack was very helpful. He had a great attitude, and tested my Sons battery and make sure it was jot an alternator. Great service.

Very helpful attitude, everybody there has always been available for questions they quickly help you find all the car parts you need. The parking lot has trash and needs cleaning a bit messy.
Open 24 hours a day, I have visited this location several times, and it can get busy, but I recommend shopping here.

It was understaffed when I went, but the gentleman by himself managed to help me out. Definitely recommend going if you want friendly customer service.

Elena made the experience a 5 star experience. Even though I didn't get the exact product I was looking for Elena engaged with me to make feel comfortable that a similar item would work just as good and it did.

I had a problem with my car making noises, I went in and Alex helped me out! He has great customer service, is very knowledgeable and smart on car parts! I definitely recommend him he goes above and beyond!! Definitely a good leader!
