I had the pleasure of encountering Sophi, an exceptional cashier from Nepal, who displayed attention to detail, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor. Sophi created a positive and welcoming atmosphere that is uncommon. I enjoyed her small talk and look forward to seeing her again.

Excellent Giant. They have a lot in stock all the time, and I love checking out their clearance section. I use their pharmacy, and it is good service.

This place is nice and clean. You can get what expexted from a Giant store. They don't have places to return the carts in the parking lots and it is troublesome. Either you want to be nice and push the carts all the way back to the store, which is really bad during winter, or be a bad guy and leave the cart at the opposite site of the parking lots. Either ways are inconvenient.

Terrific customer service, Only comment would be, not the best produce.

Since the pandemic I've gotten into the habit of doing the "order online then pick up". The staff that work this department are so nice! They're prompt, kind, and helpful should I need anything. Inside is what you would expect from a well run grocery store. Clean aisles

Staffs were very helpful in general and the prices are very compatible.

The manager and staff were very helpful but the scanner on the prices should be inspected again because it didn't program the discount code for the items .the rest I love to shop their for groceries because it has various of fresh fruit, veggies and meat also the fish..the prices are good too but you need to patiently look for the discounts! Wanted to give a huge thanks and a 5 star review for CARLA SALAZAR. She went above and beyond to help me with an error in my reward system and literally walked back and fourth between upstairs and the front to relay info to me and help solve the problem. At the end, she literally figured out where all of my points were going and corrected it so my future points will be accounted for. She was so professional and so nice, as always, will continue to bring my business to this giant. Keep being awesome CARLA and thank you for all of your help. A 5 star review isn’t enough for how amazing you were to me.

The pharmacy experience was good. Didn't have to wait too long and the pharmacy staff was pleasant. Was able to get lottery tickets on the way out.

Great place to shop and conveniently located. Absolutely love the reward program. However, a bit pricey!

Overall, a great store. It is always clean, staff are helpful, and there are plenty of self-checkout registers to ease wait times during rush hours. They also have the "scan it self checkout" available, which really speeds up your shopping and checkout; it is well worth using for medium to large trips.

Prices were great after the discount... You're going to need a card to get the savings. I was new to the area and hadn't done much self-checkout. The lady was very helpful and even bagged most of groceries

Good location and a clean store. Giant usually carries all the staples you need and some interesting items you didn't know you wanted. Parking in the lot is not the easiest though.

I just visited the Giant Pharmacy at St. Germain Dr. and I am so grateful and pleased with the Pharmacy Manager, John and his staff of pharmacists, Rajat, that were working today. This was my first time picking up a rx at this location and it was the best experience with pharmacies that I have ever had! Thank you again for making my week! Happy Holidays!

This Giant has everything available. Good sales, and I don't have to drive all the way to Herndon to get good deals. Union Mill is way too expensive. I REALLY like this one.

Store is really clean and well organized. With the self checkout line, never had to long of a wait and have been able to breeze in and out.

Easy same day convenience for JJ vaccine in May.

Also, super convenient that it's open till midnight since I'm a night owl!
