The self is a very experienced at what they're doing. I feel welcome every time I come in your store. I've been coming here for over 3 years. The associates know me . Not necessarily by name but they know what I come to shop for. And they are always willing to help me with everything.

Such a friendly pharmacy staff. They learn your names, and always have your pills ready on time. Best CVS I’ve ever been to, and miles better than the Walgreens across the street.

This CVS location is like a hidden gem. Unlike 99% of the CVS locations in Dallas, this store has friendly, knowledgeable staff in the pharmacy and front of store!! I didn't know it was possible to have positive experiences at CVS but I'm pleasantly surprised with each visit to the Lakeland/Ferguson store.

I've had good experiences with the pharmacists taking their time to explain things to me and I didn't have to wait long to see them. I've never used the drive thru, so can't speak to that. And the staff is very helpful! I have used the drive thru and my experience was very good.

This location is filled with the absolute kindest, hardest working group of people I've ever seen! The pharmacists not only pay extra attention to detail, they go above & beyond to ensure their customers are up to date on medications. The pharmacy staff will greet me by name & I only go in 1-2 x's a month...puts a smile on my face every time! Every time I make additional purchases, the other staff will personally show me the location of what I'm looking for & then assist me in getting all possible discounts. I mean, come on! This kind of customer service is seldom found! Absolutely lovely group of people that literally ensure I'll continue to give CVS my business...y'all should check them out too!

Y'all, this CVS absolutely floors me! Do y'all know that yesterday there was only 1 Pharmacist w/ 1 Pharmacy staff member...RUNNING THE WHOLE, CRAZY-BUSY PLACE?! THEY R NOT ONLY INCREDIBLE, THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY INDESPENSABLE! I've been a customer of this location for close to 3yrs now & STILL, cannot speak ANY ill of these amazing ppl! I've lived all over the country, done business w/ countless pharmacies...BUT HANDS DOWN, THIS LOCALE IS MY #1! Words truly can't express all they do, nor could words genuinely get across this stellar locale. Every employee is ALWAYS friendly & ready to help...the store's always organized w/ ppl truly busting their booties to keep it so. If I moved to Fort Worth, I'd STILL drive to this locale...plz show them some much deserved love, as they continuously show it to their customers...

I love the store employees here! I’m not sure of the names but the gentlemen who always helps me check out is so helpful and kind. He never gets annoyed with all my coupons and extra buck questions!!!

I walked in to a CVS that I normally don't go to. I was pleased that your employee greeted me as I walked in. I was then blown away with the charismatic attitude of Brittni as she checked me out. She helped me save with her insightful knowledge of the Carepass. I will definitely return to this location.

Brittini is the most informative and nicest employee I've ever met at a CVS.

I'm a technician, been to every CVS in DFW, I always dodge using my CVS card, she asked why, and showed me first hand on how to utilize there system to save money.

I stopped to get my prescription filled during my lunch break today. The pharmacist couldn't have been nicer and rushed to get my prescription ready so I would have time to eat. He was so nice.
