AT&T Store

My husband and I were absolutely pleased with the service we received yesterday. We initially went in to get quoted to see what we can get if we were to switch over from T Mobile. Karla helped us out and gave us an amazing deal that we had to make the switch asap! She was amazing! An absolute pleasure! She was very professional, was very straight forward with us and all our questions we had. We have had our fair share of being attending by people who are more concerned with making sales than the customers wants/needs so it was a relief to have been helped by a person like herself.
We are more than pleased with the purchases we made yesterday. Because of Karla, AT&T has us locked in.

Karla explained to me that when I last upgraded, my account was made by third-party the third-party will make promises and never keep them. This was a terrible thing that happened to me. I don't want it to happen to anyone else so if you want a phone from AT&T go to their store don't do it online or do it over the phone do it in person because I was lied to I was told if I purchased my husband and my phone that our two grandson's phones would be free after certain amount of time I would have a free upgrade it was time to upgrade so I went into the store instead of calling the place thank God I went into the store if I hadn't went into the store I would have never known that I was being used by a third-party those phones were never free I was told they were but they were never free that's wrong AT&T get rid of your third party people cuz they're ruining your business. I was ready to leave but I filed a complaint so they could look into my account. Thanks again Karla you're amazing!

We did not purchase our phones or our plans at this store. Our bad cuz David, the guy who helped us was outstanding. He explained our bill point by point and even found a few errors from the other AT&T store. He did have me call AT&T because there were some things he could not fix as he had not made the initial sale. We were really frustrated when we got to this store but left as happy customers.

Just wanted to recognize Adele! Great guy! Great attitude, very friendly! He went out of his way to fix my sons IPhone and get me the right charger for a stand that I had purchased! Thank you Adele!

Went in with a very complex issue in finding my father a phone. He has a disability in which having a certain cellular device can make life much easier. Malik was very helpful and took time explaining the functions of these new gadgets. This young man is not only knowledgeable; his customer service is phenomenal as well. We will definitely be back

i have never had a good experience in store, however karla went above and beyond to not only meet our needs but we ended up leaving with more then anticipated and have never been happier with a purchase! she definitely has a charismatic personality & such a welcoming attitude. if i ever have to go in store i will definitely be returning to this store and asking for her personally. she definitely has locked in a customer for at&t.

Came in with my grandmother to help her get a new phone. Malik was extremely helpful and patient with her and was able to help put any concerns of getting a new phone at rest. Will for sure be our Go-To store moving forward! Thanks!

This store was extremely helpful to me when I came in a couple days ago. The manager Malik helped me fix my phone and also fixed my account. The whole staff was nice and social which made me comfortable. I will make this my home store from now on. Every store should be like this.

Amazing service! Malik was so personable and knowledgeable! We got our new phone lines and new phones so easily and efficiently. It Usually it takes 25382 years when doing this but Malik really made this experience great for my family

The atmosphere in this store is one of a kind, everyone there made sure we had a friendly experience. They took their time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. I will for sure be referring not only at&t but this store in specific. They made the headache of upgrading so easy and fast.

KARLA and DAVID are amazing people!!! They solve my problems! 1800Number for AT&T take a lot of credit when these 2 associates were there helping me!!! 1800 AT&T are bunch Liars!!! They will missed up your bill!!!! EVERYONE get with KARLA or DAVID they will be there for YOU 100%!!!!

Karla was extremely helpful when setting up my phone. She was patient and thoroughly walked me through everything. She was kind, took her time, and managed to answer all of my questions.

Kyle was SUPER helpful! He and his associate were both very knowledgeable and patient! I was so indecisive and skeptical of them at first thinking I was just going to be another upsale to them but they respected all decisions I made. I came in looking to replace my 2 broken phones and didn't realize that they had plans for small businesses like mine so I definitely am glad that I let them tell me my options at first before rushing a decision! Now I have the simple work phone that I wanted, my awesome new Samsung 😎 Definitely won't be going anywhere else anymore!

AT&T store on 99th Ave and Camelback! Michael was VERY helpful. I came in wanting to know if I qualified for phone upgrades on my account, and I was. Michael was very friendly and helpful with us. He answered all my questions, he explained with detail all my misunderstandings. Customer Service was amazing, thank you Michael :) and to Michael’s boss…. He deserves a raise! These days a lot of companies/employees don’t care to provide good customer service to customers. Michael made sure I walked out of there fully satisfied with my purchase. Thank you 🙏🏼

I've had limited experience with wireless phone stores, but my experience with this AT&T store was top notch. Kylee helped me get a new phone and transfer my data from my old phone and she was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to this store for help in the future.

I don't typically write reviews but I had to do so in this case Manager Kyle was so incredibly helpful. He was so patient with me and my family, he answered every single one of our questions, and boy did he have a lot of questions. If you are an AT&T customer or plan on becoming one I would definitely go to this store and speak with the manager.!

It was my first time in a at & t store. I have always been with Verizon. But I knew it was time for a switch. Verizon customer service is horrible. So when I walked into the at & t on camelback rd I was Welcomed and got assistance right away even though there were others in the store before me. Adrian was amazing. Very professional. Kind tone. Informative as I had lots of questions. Helped get the best deal and package that would work best for me. And I am looking forward to face timing. I would give this man so many more stars if I could but they only allow 5 thank you so much for helping me. I appreciate you. You left a lasting impression. One I’ve never had before with anyone in a business setting for my phone. This rep needs a raise and vacation time since he was handling loads of customers while still handling my stuff and I was there for well over 2 hrs because Verizon was giving trouble trying to switch me over. He’s a Great multi tasker. And has a very professional attitude. Thanks again.

David, and Karla were a pleasure to work with friendly and professional staff who explained my options for my plan . Will definitely be returning to this location VS the Dysart location TERRIBLE service.

I was helped as soon as I walked in and received the best service I’ve had at any at&t. The man that helped me was Mike and he explained everything for me such as price differences and different features on the phone. Overall very happy that I went there and will continue to go here from now on.
