Jill was so helpful, amazing customer service! I’ll definitely be back since I know I’m in good hands! 10/10 recommend this Big Lots location because all of the workers there were friendly especially Jill!

My husband and I purchased a couch from this location yesterday and they were able to deliver it a few hours after we bought it, which was amazing!!! The couch is comfy and beautiful!! We are very happy with it! Stephen (the associate who helped us) was phenomenal! He was so kind and helpful and didn’t try to “play games” with us. He was straight forward, honest, and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure working with him, truly. He was awesome from start to finish and definitely deserves to be recognized for his hard work! We are very thankful that Stephen was the salesman we worked with and plan to return to purchase more items from this location because of his top notch customer service. I wish all salesmen were like Stephen!!! Please recognize him!!

A store full of bargains and friendly service! Big Lots is a unique store where you can find furniture, home decor, grocery items, a little hardware, pet needs, bath and bedding needs, and more! The prices are competitive and I observed several items on clearance. I was checked out in a very friendly manner. She was very empathetic and polite. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great bargain and shopping experience!

Robert was Awesome!!! Best customer service I've seen in a while, he was pleasant to speak with and very helpful asked all the right questions. He has a great, as an elderly customer I would say He's a Keeper!!! 😉 You get 10 Stars Robert!

Great store with great staff. The furniture Department staff was absolutely wonderful in helping you get what you want. The store has great furniture selections and the ability to get the furniture in three different ways. Including two of them that would allow you to bring it home that same day. I have purchased furniture from Big Lots before, a sectional for $700.00and it's lasted greater than 6 years. This was family room furniture so, it did get a lot of wear and tear. You can't beat that.

Nicest, cleanest Big Lots I've ever been in. I really enjoy walking through these with my wife when bored. Just bought our gazebo from there for VERY cheap (but high quality). Good customer service.

We recently went into big lots to shop for some new home decor as we just moved into the area. We absolutely love everything but the real enjoyment and overall amazing experience came from the help of Jill, one of the employees! We didn’t really shop at big lots before but now that’s where we go for everything thanks to Jill and her kindness and willingness to help!

Clean and nicely organized, and compliments on the wide variety of Fentiman's mixers!! Tonics, sodas and lemonades! Great prices on everything, and friendly employees too. Whats not to like

A larger store than others locally. Good selection and not crowded.

We experienced excellent customer service! An item rung up at a different price than we initially thought it would be, and because the price tags were placed confusingly, Lee honored the price on the item! He explained that the price tag should have been for a different style of product, but said he'd honor it. So thankful for his excellent customer service and making a great shopping experience for us!

Ms. Jill is awesome!!! We bought a Broyhill Pergola and she was a big help. Attention management, you have a good employee at the Gilbert location and she's a keeper. Make sure you keep her happy.

This was a very different experience compared to the Big lots by my house. This store was fully stocked, very clean, and the staff were very helpful! If it wasn't so damn far away from my house I would shop this location any time I needed to go to Big lots!

I like the variety of items and all the choices, clothes, furniture, snack items, etc.. Great deals and sometimes you find a one of a kind have to have.

Bargains await! We don't shop here often, but when we do, we'll always find great things. Today I noticed they have a big selection of nostalgic candy...pink owl bubblegum cigars, tootsie rolls, and even Boston baked beans.

They have a great patio and outdoor section here. Lots of stuff to amp up your outside game.

If you haven't discovered Big Lots, you don't know what a great discount shopping experience you are missing. I don't know how they do it, but you can find the same things here other stores have, and they are always less here. From groceries to seasonal items, decor to household, toys to furniture, they seem to have it all except clothing. This is the largest Big Lots store I've ever been in, and it's my favorite. I walk through here about once a month to pick up the things on my shopping list before I hit the other stores, and I always save money.

Employee David was very helpful and friendly. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and helped me load it into the car without hesitation. It was about 20 minutes to close a couple days before Christmas and I can only assume that it had been a busy day. I didn’t feel rushed at all and he was patient when I explained what I needed. Awesome customer service; he needs a raise!
