When my wife and I walked in late Sunday afternoon, the store was empty. Charles, the service representative gave us his full attention as we were exploring options for five new phones for our family. He was very patient and explained every detail for plans, phones, and options to meet each one of our family member’s needs. But as other customers came into the store and waited for assistance, my wife and I felt a little responsible for their having to wait. As we were in no hurry for anything, we decided to leave and come back in a little while, and let him service the other waiting customers. A short time later, he texted me to let me know it was a good time to come back, which I did, but unaware that it was already passed the store’s closing time. He did not even explain that to me, but awaited my arrival, provided me with thorough and exceptional service, and I left a very happy new Verizon customer!

Great customer service! For once I had no wait and was given knowledge information to figure out my best plan and new phone.

Charles was so amazing. His knowledge of the products and expertise with calculating costs was wonderful!

Daniel is great. He is an excellent employee and he helped me a great deal. You are very lucky to have him. Verizon prices are crazy but Daniel is great.

I really enjoyed my experience at this Verizon location. Miles is an amazing worker who really helped me out when I was a in a pickle. He took every step to ensure that I received the service that I needed and took no shortcuts. I highly recommend this Verizon location for any of your cellular needs, you will be well taken care of!

I’m always nervous on how upgrading my phone will go, but I had a great experience here and Daniel was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The process was smooth. Really solid job.

Eric was absolutely awesome. Honestly this is the best Verizon store in Thousand Oaks area. I always have a great experience here. Traded in I-phone 6 for the new iPhone 13. It was a seamless experience. The representatives here are always well trained & know what they are doing. Eric was just STELLAR in every way possible. Whoever owns this location knows how to pick the right people..I have been coming here for 5 years, always the same wonderful outcome each time.

I came in toward the end of the day, with an old phone that was not holding a full charge, and I was able to walk out with a new phone, at a better price I less than 50 minutes.

Best phone buying experience I ever had. Brandon was working hard, multi-tasking and although the process takes a little time, probably fastest I experienced. Maybe a little over an hour. Highly recommend the store.

The guys at the Verizon store next to target in Westlake were outstanding. I had an issue with my phone and Wifi they solved in no time. I’ve been trying to solve it for three days. Plus they explained what I needed to do. Most of the time they will fix it but not explain how to do it. Not there they are completely helpful. If you have an issue with your phone, I would highly recommend them. I saw them interact with two other customers and they were the same way. It’s very satisfying that there is still great people out there willing to help,

When I walked in to get a new phone since mine broke the whole team was there ready to help me. I was in and out in 1 hour (which was great since I was on my lunch break) and they were knowledgeable and informative about the new phone upgrades, deals and discounts being offered at that time, and what promotional items came included with my phone purchase. Definitely love this Verizon store!

Harrison was very helpful to get the good deal for us. He was smart and quick. We got 2 phones and he set them up very quickly. I definitely recommend this store!

Excellent experience With Brandon today. I purchased a new phone and he seamlessly did the transfer accessories activating and it was good to go when I left the store. Very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Chloe did a great job at upgrading my phone, it took a while because of a few customers, but the process was easy. She was very knowledgeable about the products and plans Verizon provides. A great recommendation.

I just upgraded my phone and got another and the rep sold me the bundle but did not explain anything knowing the fact that I have no idea on phone. I did not want to call him , so I called another store and got Marcus in the Verizon westlake office and he was so knowledge, just on the phone with him for 2 mins , I learned a lot. We need people like him.Good job Marcus!

Brandon is the guy you need to speak to. He is super friendly, definitely knows his products, and values his customers! I will definitely be returning for any of my Verizon needs.
