I had such a positive experience at this urgent care facility! The receptionist was incredibly kind, caring, and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The facility itself was impeccably clean and even kid-friendly, which was a huge relief. And to top it off, the doctor was not only friendly but also took the time to address all of my concerns. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of urgent care!

It was my second visit here. My first visit was for my own broken toe, this time we were here for my son's sore throat. The clinic is so friendly and quick. Dr. Mikey was the best! I will continue to use this urgent care, their service all around continues to be exceptional.

The staff at AFC Urgent Care Agoura Hills, were all exceptionally helpful, kind and professional during my recent urgent care visit. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly during my check in process. Both nurses that helped me from beginning to end were professional, knowledgeable, and caring throughout my whole visit. Dr. Chahine was caring and answered all of my questions. He allowed me to be apart of my treatment plan. He listened to my concerns and did not rush my treatment. Thank you all for making a very stressful situation a positive experience.

Came in last minute and was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff. The wait was crazy short and the nurse who took my vitals was so friendly. Fantastic customer service. Doctor saw me very quickly and was very professional, called in the prescription I needed immediately. Highly recommend.

I had a puncture wound that needed stitches and I’m so glad they were able to do it. I really didn’t want to go to the ER. I was out of there in an hour and a half, only had a small co-pay and it was very professional. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this immediate care clinic above all others in the area. When my 13-year-old son injured his ankle during a trail run, we chose this clinic, and it was undoubtedly the right decision. The check-in process was seamless, and we were promptly attended to. Their on-site X-Ray capability was a game-changer; within just 15 minutes, we had consulted with a doctor, undergone X-Rays, and acquired crutches for my son. Dr. Schiller, who treated us, was exceptional!

The clinic is impeccably clean, and the entire staff exudes professionalism and friendliness. If you're in need of immediate care, look no further than this clinic. Our experience was outstanding, and we left feeling well taken care of and grateful for their efficient and compassionate service.

This AFC Urgent Care business is First Class! It is in a great location for Agoura Hills. It is very clean and the reception staff are very pleasant. The medical staff and doctors provided kind and excellent care for my condition which required immediate treatment.

I went in with such a bad infection. I wad literally in tears walking in... i found out while I was there that unfortunately
my insurance had JUST lapsed. They offered me the option to pay out pocket

And most important of all- the staff treated me with respect and a sense of ugency- which alot of places dont- especially when they find out they can't bill insurance.

Highly recommend. I've never had a bad experience here. Ever. I've been several times. 5 or 6 times since they opened.

Front desk was compassionate and friendly. Offered additional accommodation for my comfort during my wait. Front office nurse was also compassionate and patient since I have mobility problems and since I was feeling ill and dizzy, he didn't rush me.

Starting with the receptionist she was very helpful, answered immediately and gave me clear info on potential expense. The assistant and nurse practitioner were expedient and helpful. They promptly called me with test results and offered follow up and recommendations (which I used). Overall, I’m happy with the urgent care provided and follow up. I would go to this place again.

The check in was smooth and the wait time to see a doctor was less than 30 minutes. The medical staff is very thorough and caring at AFC. The doctor who treated me followed up with me the next day.

After injuring my arm I had to find a place to take X-rays that my insurance covered. When I called the lady who answered was so pleasant and helpful, more than the dozen other places I had called. When I arrived around 5:30 the receptionist was super sweet and input all my information for me because of my arm injury. She kept me updated on my wait time and made sure I was taken care of before she ended her shift. I wish I had gotten her name because despite a broken arm her kind demeanor really calmed me down. The lady, Chris, I believe, who checked my vitals and took my X-ray was also amazing, kind, gentle and kept me distracted despite my pain. She checked in on me and made sure I had a bag incase I threw up because of the winding roads we had taken to get there. The doctor was great as well, knowledgeable and calm and sent us to the nearest emergency room. Chris escorted us out with all my paperwork and X-rays and made sure to give me an extra bag incase I got carsick on the ride back. There was also another sweet lady worker that helped us check out. The entire supportive staff there was so AMAZING and kind- it felt like I was being taken care of by a bunch of aunties. Big thank you to the staff that worked Nov 7th at 5:30 til when I left- it really felt like ya'll love the work you do.

Prompt. Precise. Smooth experience. Everyone was friendly and the nurse who took my vitals expressed empathy for my suffering. Which was really nice to hear.

I got very ill and made an appointment to visit AFC Agoura. Scheduling was easy and so was the online registration. I only waited a few minutes to be put into a room, have my vitals checked and see a doctor. All the staff from the receptionist on were friendly and professional. I have been there on one previous occasion, and will definitely recommend them if you or your family require urgent care

WONDERFUL Staff and Medical professionals. They were all very kind, cordial and helpful to me. I’m on medication right now as a result of their help and am confident that I will get well soon as a result of their help.

Quick service easy to register online before visit. Everyone was very professional. I spained my wrist want wanted to be sure I was ok no broken or chipped bones. Got my xray and doctor did a great exam of my wrist. Talked to me about potential issues. After she read my xray she said they send the xray out to be examine more thoroughly by the radiologist and would call me later with the results. Got a nice new splits and a shot to help the pain. I know shot but it was much faster relife for my pain. Feeling better today. Thanks so much to the team at ACF urgent care. Starbucks next store too... Doctor call me later with result. Perfect happy I visited. I also asked about advice on a new PCP and they helped too.

Fabulous staff !! Best urgent care ever!! I only go here as they are friendly and super Fabulous!! I highly recommend it. Plus the Dr.s are patient and listen to the patients cares and concerns
