Big Lots

Not crowded therefore easy to mavigate along aisles. Well displayed items. From beds to garden items including for pets and some groceries . Great air conditioning. Helpful staff. Parking is not a problem. A nearby Ross just a few steps away. Well maintained and clean.

I usually go here for essentials like toothpaste, soap, paper towels, toliet paper; but they have so much more than that.

I love the home and kitchen nick-nacks. Huge supply of seasonal items in the center. They even sell organic food products like Bob's Red Mill.

Christina in furniture is amazing. She went above and beyond to help us find bar stools. She called several big lots to see if they had them in Stock and gave us great advice on furniture. Not to mention she was friendly and seemed to really love her job. Furniture is priced fairly, good quality and plenty of choices to choose from.

To be completely honest, I have grown to absolutely despise this store. However, I find myself having no other choice but to shop here on occasion. Today was one of those days. I had already entered the store anticipating a difficult time finding what I was looking for because in the past, I have always found these stores to be ridiculously unorganized and there were always half opened items scattered all over the store most likely due to those individuals who for some off reason feel they have entitlement to something that never belonged to them to begin with even though they have been presented with the option to purchase the item in fair game. Anyway, I had also anticipated having to substitute brands because in the past I HAVE NEVER HAD AN INSTANCE WHERE I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND THE BRAND I WAS LOOKING FOR AND IVE ALWAYS HAD TO FIND A SUBSTITUTE WHICH ALWAYS CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO BE INSIDE THE STORE SHOPPING FOR MUCH LONGER THAN I WANTED OR NEEDED TO BE. However, upon entering the store, I was presently surprised to find that the store was quite organized and everything appeared to be in its place. The associate was extremely nice and helpful. I didn't see not one item half opened and just left there on the shelf and I certainly didn't have to substitute not one item! GOOD JOB BIG LOTS!!! YOU'VE DEFINITELY STEPPED UP YOUR GAME! YOUVE WON OVER A RECURRING CUSTO FOR NOW!! BTW I LOVE THE REWARDS PROGRAM YOUVE GOT NOW!! ITS NOT DIFFICULT TO SEE THE SAVINGS ALREADY! THANK YOU

Big lots is just what you would expect. The cashier here did help me claim a $5 reward. Thank you!

Not a regular Big Lots shopper, but have shopped here years ago. Bought a dinning room table and chairs. Stopped in to see if they had tealight candles. They did but not the kind I was looking for. Found several other things to buy though.

This is a lovely Big Lots. It’s super clean, friendly staff, well organized and great selection of merchandise. But what in really want to compliment them on is their honesty. I left a portable phone charger and my iPhone cord in one of their shopping carts the other night when I was shopping there. I didn’t realize it was missing until after the store closed. I called the next morning and they said they had it!! I was so relieved! Any employee could easily have kept it and said they didn’t find one but instead they were honest and turned it in. Thank you so much! Nice to know there’s a store with such honest employees.

Big Lots is a great store I love it however the cashier behind the cash register was busy talking to her coworkers and barely looked at me even when she took my credit card and gave me my receipt I had to tell her thank you three times before she looked at me and acknowledged my presence. It would be nice to be recognized when you give them $100 for their merchandise!!!

Lovely store with champagne taste even with a beer budget. Very clean, neat, and accommodating, for customers. Wide variety of selections, and some sales can't be beat. Be sure to stroll around & enjoy furniture to food, and I'm sure you will be happy with your choices! I was/am. Wonderful, considerate employees, eager to serve customers!

I enjoy taking walks to my local big lots. I really wish they didn't remove their frozen and refrigerated foods. Besides that they are normally stocked pretty good except the makeup aisle. They finally got Elf and Maybelline but now shelf are empty. 🤷🏽

This Big lots has a great lay out that makes it easy to browse and find what you're looking for. The deals are excellent, the inventory is expansive, and the staff is incredibly friendly! I never have trouble finding parking, or locating what I'm looking for! Definitely great for quick shopping visits

Big Lots was quick and painless: park close to the door, locate items for purchase, check out, drive home.
The store was busy on the Christmas merchandise isles, yet orderly, great deals, stocked shelves. Customers and employees wore masks, hand sanitizer available at the entrance and exit doors.
I waited probably one minute to check out.

They are working on keeping their shelves stocked and limiting paper products. It was clean. And we didn't have a problem going in to shop. In fact we are going back today they have drapes on sale that we are going to buy. Thank you Big Lots for it not being a mad house.

Surprising found exactly what we were looking for in a furniture piece. Directed from their other store that didn't have it in stock but only another 5 miles away.
*Very patient and friendly to my elderly Mother with Parkinson's who still writes checks. Shout out to NOAH :)

We always enjoy going to Big Lots,today came to get Tumeric moisturizing day cream as almost out but there was none,so bought collagen instead. Cashier asked if I found everything. I told her w
hat I came for she said sorry will have to get it ordered. Would appreciate message if you get some in. Same lady at register, very pleasant and always a smile and says have a nice day.
