Burlington

The store opened almost 2 months ago, I’ve been to the store a few times and everything is always very neat and a lot of selection. I love shopping for my kids and home goods here because prices are reasonable. Love Burlington!

My two recent visits here were good , fast checkout with friendly cashiers just wish they had a bigger selection but the store is pretty small so I get it . Its clean and organized but probably only because it just opened. I hope it doesn't end up like most burlingtons

Discount retailer, new to Sherman Oaks. They had some decent deals, but it's so over-stocked, you can't browse comfortably. Only two try-on rooms and they don't tell you to ask for entry. No attendant. If one helpful employee hadn't asked if I needed something, I would have kept waiting.....but there was no one in the rooms.

Super nice security guard and cashier. The store has a lot of items packed into a not so large showroom area. It is almost impossible to get through the upstairs aisles with a cart, which is pretty frustrating. I also wish they had more kids' clothes (specifically boys).

Very small location. Extremely cramped. Personnel is fine. No complaints. But the clothes quality is not like Tjmaxx or Macy's at all. Not at all.
Very limited brands for makeup etc. Hardly anything available. Tjmaxx was there for years and l went every Friday and on Saturday too and their merchandise was very good. It was walking distance from me. I wish Burlington would feature better quality clothing. It is okay to pay more as long as you get better quality.
The people working there are nice polite and friendly. The store lack of better merchandise does not reflect on them.
Another horrible issue is that the clothes are so crammed that you can't even pull them out to look at them!!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯
I mentioned it to a nice lady that works there and she can't do anything because she follows orders and l understand it.
Over all l don't recommend this store for clothing.
Maybe others items for the home but not a great variety.
I wish Tjmaxx would return to our neighborhood. I miss it a lot.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Lines are horrible and such a messy store. You would think because they’re in Sherman oaks they would manage the store better and have enough cashiers….. worst Burlington I’ve been to by far. I would give it a 0 if I could.

The worst possible service I’ve ever seen in my life. I tried calling and connecting to the team on the floor and multiple times they answered, laughed on the phone and hung up. This happened on March 3rd around 7:30pm. I would love to speak to someone in management about the team that was working this night. I definitely will never be returning to this location. Very unfortunate!

Another place tht burlington company dont care never u gonna fond something good here and i know all burlingtpns here in la ..this place is awfull
