I'll be honest, I've not visited JCPenney in the 6+ years that we've lived in Arizona; and last week I needed some formal clothes and this is where we came. I love this store. The staff is helpful, there is a great selection, and the deals are really good. I'll be visiting this JCPenney again ... soon! :)

After making a return of some items I was impressed with how easy it was to find reliable options. It was fun seeing new belts that didn’t even have any holes. At first I passed right by but after trying it on I really liked how convenient it was will consider it in the near future.

The store was organized neatly and clean. My husband used the restroom and he said the lavatory was more like an art decor rather than a regular one. We went there to return a defected item since the item couldn't find at JCPenney near Phoenix and Glendale. The girl named Tatum was sweet and friendly, took care our return item and the experience was painless.

Megan, in the jewelry department was so lovely! And Joey in Sephora was also amazing. Two very good workers and have amazing customer service. Definitely coming back to see them.<3

I went to this store to pick up an online order. The process was quick and painless. The customer service was polite and easy to work with.

I want to share how exceptional Trinadid is! She is so talented, friendly and she really listens to what you want. I always leave the salon feeling happy with my hair! I will never go anywhere else.

I love this location over others. They have more availability of items. Great price points & sales for family shopping. All departments had plenty to offer each age. Well organized, clean, air-conditioned store with great service. All the ladies were helpful if I needed it.

I have been to two other branches, dallas and waco. This tempe branch is definitely the bigger one and with a lot more collections. I loved it.

The staff was very friendly. The store was very clean, well stocked, and organized. I will come here again next time I'm in town.

Great Selection! I'm a bigger guy so I usually shop big & tall and their variety of athletic wear, dress clothes & graphic tees are great! Staff is polite & helpful and environment is ideal for shopping! 👏

There's no place in Mesa to get a nice dress shirt for a decent price. This JCPenny was worth traveling to in order to find exactly the color shirts and ties we needed for our wedding.

Went here for holiday photos and was super impressed by the pricing and level of service. Nicole, our photographer, was a natural, which is not always easy with a 4 year old is involved. Thanks again for everything!
