Carter was amazing!! We’d been with AT&T for years, and had Android phones, when we decided to switch to Verizon and switch to iPhones. Carter made this a very seamless process and he made himself available for our questions. Outstanding service!

I came into the store because I had an iMessage issue that wouldn’t connect to my phone number. Carter was the representative that helped me and he blew it out of the park. He had amazing customer service and figured out my issue with my iPhone. He’s the guy to see to help you out!!

One of the better Cell phone stores around. No hassling customers, just straight up business. Jake was exceptional in transferring me to Verizon from T-Mobile (Trash). New iPhone 15 pro with the vz network is great. Haven’t dropped a call yet. I absolutely recommend stopping in and getting with Jake for service.

Seriously one of the best locations. I had a great experience working with Austin, Carter & the manager Jake. I walked out with a new phone, got a great deal and felt really taken care of. Huge thanks to the guys at this store!

Christian was my sales rep. He’s such a gentleman. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. He multi-tasked and kept multiple customers happy and took care of their business while my data was transferring to my new phone. He explained the plan n options thoroughly. He’s the best Verizon employee I’ve ever dealt. He went above and beyond to help my daughter. He used his lunch time to go to another store to get the iPhone color she wanted. Now that’s awesome customer service and satisfaction.

Went in to get a new phone, Carter helped me walk through the steps for getting that started. I was shown a great selection of phones and was able to purchase, set up, and walk out with a new phone and a handful of accessories within an hour or so. Overall a great experience with solid options and friendly associates.

I don’t leave reviews often, but I have to say that Felipe provided the best phone experience ever. He answered all of my questions and upgraded my phone seamlessly. The new phone takes amazing pictures, which enriches our life a bit because we have a two year old and new pup. Sharper videos/pics are fun to share with the fam. Sometimes it’s the little things!

Jake the store manager and his staff gave top notch customer service!! He was efficient and knowledgeable. Greeted every customer when they walked in. Looked for all the specials available on my account and made sure they were applied. Clean store. Jazz music was enjoyable!! 100% best Verizon Store!!

This was the best experience I've had working with Verizon wireless or one of their premium retailers. I've had very poor experiences in the past at other stores with representatives that did not care for the customer or their work. Matt was respectful, attentive, and helped me to understand all of my options and possible discounts. He helped me set up a new Pixel 6 pro and held my trade-in phone at the store overnight for me to ensure everything was transferred. I was so thankful for this as my authenticators and texts didn't transfer. He followed through the day after and ensured I received everything and gave me time and help in finalizing my upgrade. Thank you so much for hiring and retaining great employees during this tough time in the work market! Matt was really an outstanding representative for the company with a great amount of product and procedure knowledge. I will be returning to this store anytime I have business to bring to Verizon.

Highly highly recommend this place even if it's miles away and you pass other stores on your way. The professionalism the patience the understanding of products is phenomenal and every associate working tonight were perfect. I went in as a customer of one of their competitors and I came out a Verizon customer. I highly recommend coming to this store for new products or services.

What a great team of people they have at this location! We have been here before and worked with others, but this last time, YAMI, was so incredibly kind, patient, informative, helpful and awesome to work with. We had problems with two phones and she went above & beyond. We will always come back to her.

I came into the store with my Father who has come to this location for many years due to his positive and enjoyable experiences. We came into the store together for him to upgrade his phone.
Chrisanta helped us and from the very get go was so incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and even had a great sense of humor with us (my Father can be a little overload On the Dad joker lol)
However Chrisanta was so helpful, gave my father her attention and provided authentic and genuine recommendations that best fit his needs. She was also very calm and took her time with us even setting my Fathers iCloud up.
Truly she was so great. Thank you Chrisanta! Your positive energy and heart were so inspiring!
Verizon you better do something good for yourself and promote this young lady like ASAP.
