I just wanted to say that after lunch at Serranos, we waited for the funeral procession for the fallen Marine... The gentleman from 7/11 was passing out waters to everyone, and I just wanted to say thank you so very much for your kindness.

One of the friendliest 7-eleven's I've ever been to. The ladies are friendly and welcoming. Charlotte will make your food fresh if you like and at times she will even offer to help older customers with carrying their heavier items to their cars. Shelves always stocked and store always clean.

Always excellent service! But today and yesterday he didn't have change for a 20 dollar bill this seems weird because I know they can just push a button on a machine and it'll give them change

Customer service is usually great here, with the occasional bad attitude employee. Overall great place to stop for drinks, snacks, and slurppies.

Bought a pack of smoke from 7-Eleven cahsier asked for ID, i complied and hand it over then he proceed to tell me he can't accept it cause it's not a California ID, I explained to him that am an active duty military and that am not from California am only station here thats why my driver license is out of state, he still says no so I provided him my military ID to show that am the same person and he still say he can't sell to me because thats the law. I've been in the military 19years and traveled all over This is a first to me. So is there some rules in California stating I have to use a California ID to purchase? Or is it just a 7eleven thing? I need an answer

Worst 7-Eleven I’ve ever been to. Customer service comes and goes but most of the people there seem to hate their job and not want to work. Food is always out, nasty, or they just don’t want to make it fresh. There’s plenty of other things I can mention but I’ll leave it at this.
