Employees are always polite and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this store.

Isaiah is awesome! I had an absurd amount of copying to do, 800 pages. He knocked it out quickly including the color pages and even helped organize the copies in separate binders with me. I was at Staples earlier. My drive wouldn't work in their machine and they were of little help. Excellent service at UPS!

Employee behind the counter by the name of Dan working this Sunday March 27th, please let him know he provided probably the best customer service I have experienced. I first called in with a few questions which he answered and took the time to break things down in my return process, but then also went above and beyond in the store. He is the kind of employee that will keep coming back to this location on his own.

Parth was amazing even though I had a usps package he helped me find my package awesome team.

Dan provided great customer service. I walked in with three separate sets of documents. He measured, weighed the items. Offered me options then carefully packed the items, I took a photo of the box, gave me tracking info and receipt. I could not ask for more. Great Job Dan!

Had to ship 2 basketballs to a customer. My measurements were a little off. The sales counter team member got the merchandise into a smaller box, and even cut it down to size. On my way back in minutes to repeat business. Quick, efficient, and friendly.

These folks are friendly and efficient. This store offers a variety of services which makes things convenient. My husband and I also have a postal box there as well and has been a great experience. This is especially handy during the holiday season when theft is high getting packages delivered to our home. I have a great sense of security knowing that our mail and packages are safe and professionally handled.

I have been doing business with this particular UPS store consistently for 4 years now. I've met the owners and know the staff. One of the young men's dad owns a guitar shop down the street where I buy my guitars. They are a very friendly, courteous and patient group there, like a community store for the area. In the 4 years I've been there I've seen the same bunch of employees, no high turnover, so they must be good to their people. They'll be just as good to you! I have NO bad or unpleasant experiences to share! I've been very happily doing business there for a long time! I HIGHLY recommend this store for your business needs!

Dan was so helpful and patient with shipping my package. The store was busy but he and his staff were taking care of each customer with care. Honestly one of the best customer service I’ve received in retails.

They do a great service with Amazon returns, & also they print out eBay USPS return labels for $3, & mail the package too..! (call to get their email address to send your label for printing).
Always a good service & feel here...except perhaps when the Sunday crew's 'workin'..

The team at this store are amazing! They send packages, notarize stuff, mail (USPS) stuff, box stuff, sell boxes, and other things too - and they do it all with a smile! I'm so glad they're near my house. These folks should wear capes because they sure save the day for me!

We've been a customer at this store for three years. Seven of those months we were in an RV traveling through 9 states and British Columbia. Every couple weeks we'd call Arlene to let her know the next town we'd be staying in. Arlene would sort through our mail and then forward our mail to the UPS Store in our next city. Talk about customer service!

The added bonus is we never have issues with "porch pirates" as the UPS store signs for all of our packages and we can come in at our convenience to claim them.

I had an issue shipping something internationally originally sent from this UPS store. Was a weird fluke but they worked with corporate. Unfortunately corporate refused to fix the problem even though they didn't deliver as the contract I signed said they would. This UPS store, and Arlene, the manager, still refunded me my money and took care of it for me. Thank you so much for your customer service! UPS Headquarters can learn a few things from this store!

Jamie did a phenominal job assisting me today! He was able to find the most efficient shipping method for my package, and even trimmed my box to size down measurements in order to bring my shipping cost down. Thanks UPS!

I love love this location. The crew here is awesome an extremely helpful. There’s ALWAYS a notary there too! And ALWAYS nice people working. All my business needs taken care of with a smile!

The staff is professional and friendly. They work hard to help customers as quickly as possible. They always greet you and are kind. Have shipped with no
Problems and have a mail box there.

I recently went to this location to get Notary services. The employees, including the Notary, were friendly and helpful. It was an easy process. I will definitely go back to to this location for this and other shipping needs.
