Rude, inconsiderate, impatient people should not be working in retail especially in the health care field!! CVS NEEDS TO DO A BETTER OF SCREENING CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYMENT! A pharmacist should be not just knowledgeable , but also helpful!!

BAD & GOOD (But mostly Bad)
This store JUST opened and it has a serious problem. The staff at this location is just... nonexistent. It seems like there is never anyone around working. The shelfs are mainly stocked up, but the pricing, and lack of customer service is a huge problem for this brand new opening. also the store was VERY messy, ALREADY!? I look forward to visiting again in the FUTURE. But it be a while until that happens.

Don’t go to this store! Just left at 5:30pm today, without buying anything. Showed the online page where it says the 30%off coupon was added successfully and worker said it wasn’t on the card. Tried to load it again and it said “already loaded”. I understand that maybe the technology had a temporary issue (never had a problem loading my coupons before), but wouldn’t you still honor the coupon if you have all the proof showing it was loaded. I didn’t ask for the coupon it was emailed to me. And the marketing worked because we went there specifically to use it. Unfortunately she did not want to help us so we left without purchasing anything and will never come back. If you can’t be bothered to care about our obvious and proven truth, then we can’t be bothered to shop here.

Horrible pharmacy service. The worst I’ve ever seen. No communication skills or kindness. And the wait is astronomical.

Went it to grab some items quickly and pick up photos that I had ordered online. No one was at the register area to help ring me out or get my photos. I would’ve just used self check out but I needed my prints. Finally found one guy working but he was new or just not register trained so I asked him to intercom the other employee. Trudy (assuming the manager) came up front and rang me out. No apologies for the wait or anything. Then I get home and realize one of my photos wasn’t there but I was charged for it. Won’t be returning and will just go to Rite Aide instead.

This the worst pharmacy . I had to call when I was told I was getting a call back . The staff are rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend his location to anyone.
