I love coming in early in the morning about 5am- 7am. The morning Crew is always more happier and helpful. The Young lady is always smiling she deserves a raise because she works very hard. I've see her work two cash registers by herself, dealing with angry impatient customers, while giving good customer Service at the same time. One day I was having a bad day and she noticed and said '" keep your head up" it's not her job but she notices regular customers. Great job

They're always out of things such as pizza. Food is never fresh. But I guess it's still convenient

Rude and immature customer service! Got tire of getting watery coffee so i went and spoke to who I think to be owner( older black man) I politely said we kept getting watery french vanilla. So he said ok go grab another one. It was still doing it so a tall skinny dude that works there came and saw just water being dispensed so he try to fix it .that coffee machine needs a lot of cleaning on the inside.its really disgusting That's why it keeps jamming and not dispensing coffee properly( I worked cleaning those machines for aramark). I took my coffee then as i was leaving I told the "owner" those machines needed to be cleaned. He was rude and said " i dont sell watery coffee.if you dont like our coffee dont come again " I simply said that because i got tire of them ripping me of $2 for coffee when all of that could of been solved if THEY ACTUALLY DID THEIR JOB. Obviously Never going back there. its just on my way to school so every now and then i stop there. MY FAV. 7-ELEVEN is the one on Jim miller and lake June.owner is so kind and Ladies working there actually work. I had rude encounter with a guy they had just hired he got fired right away for being rude to other customers as well.NOW THATS AN OWNER THAT KNOWS HOW TO RUN A BUSSINESS!

Not even a one star the employees of this location have more than one time racially profiled my husband for his color. He asked to use the bathroom this morning and the Mexican lady Employee tells him to get out of the store as soon as he walks out of the bathroom. The owners or corporate need to get there employees in check as 98% of the population in that are is Colored people.
We will be reaching out to get these two employees terminated.

This store deserves zero stars! The man at night is so rude. He came chasing me out/in the parking lot yelling at me because I left before he could get the money in the register and didn't wait for my nickel back. And still wants to continilosy yell at me. So I go back in to get my nickel, end he cancels the transaction and hands me my $80 back.

This store is a 24/7 711 but yet, theyre always closed at night. We knocked and he just shook his "NO" and shued us away like we were bothering him. Makes no damn sense why I can't get milk for my baby in the middle of the night.

Store is terrible. Employees are not there for work. Manager is such a terrible worker. Place is so disgusting and they treat people with no respect. Says 24/7 but they are there at night but not opening doors. 711 should do better !! Its just so agitating!!!

Not 24/7 it’s 1:30 am and there are close there’s a car park I front and all the light are on but door are shut close

Horrible service we waiting in line to be checked out while the employees are at the back of the store talking and eating. I had a bag of ice that was melting and they still didn’t come check us out until they finished their hot dog.. sorriest store I will never go back..

The man that works here in the night shift is horrible at customer service super lazy does not communicate sees u standing at theregister and takes his time horrible customer service

12 AM _ 5 AM you shouldn't be in the store getting paid for work your not doing & stop acting like the customers owe you.
