I replaced two phone and the woman at store was helpful and knowledgeable. One replacement was an upgrade and one was replacing a phone that was insured and broken. It was an involved transaction and both my children with happy with the phones that they received and the ease with which they transferred data. I was happy with the price of the new phone and the amount of insurance I got on the replacement. Let's hope I have a similar experience when I go in next time.

The staff here was incredibly kind, helpful and patient. Shawn (Sean?) graciously helped me switch from my previous phone plan to my boyfriend's plan with Cricket, even staying after close with us to get things straightened out with my previous phone plan provider. He could not have been more helpful. Thank you guys!

I just made the switch from Verizon to Cricket. The service is just as good as Verizon and much more affordable. I have been a Verizon customer before it was Verizon since 1995. They should really reorganize and learn something from Cricket. 2 lines unlimited everything $80 monthly including tax. Dont think anyone can compare to Cricket. Oh yeah and not to mention the staff is so helpful and friendly. A shootout to Lindsey in Norwood - Great Job!

When you don't go inside the store and ask for help with your phone no matter what the employees are eager to solve the problem in event there's one. Excellent service.

Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable he helped my wife with understanding her sprint bill and compared the price difference if she switched without any pressure to switch excellent service!
