Was helped by Alyssa and she helped me with ease and made me feel comfortable. I was rushed needing to get balloons and couldn’t find the exact one so Alyssa stepped in and made my day. Thanks Alyssa. Good to get help and nice to see young people doing their part to help customers

I bought about 30 balloons and they're going to blow them up and they're going to have them ready on the day of my daughter's gender reveal I'm excited and I'm very surprised that they had that service after spending $180

Can’t say enough about the amazing customer service I experienced! I had picked up my balloon order for my sons first birthday… it was an unusually windy day for Arizona and while setting up the party a few hours later the entire bunch flew off! Without question the employees replaced the entire order without charge… they all dropped what they were doing when we explained what happened and threw together a new bunch matching the original as best the could. I am so so so grateful!

They had everything I went in there for the cashier was friendly & very nice

We will be celebrating promotions this year, what a milestone for the kids. Picking up table covers and balloons .

Our family loves this store!!!! Each of our shopping visits have been positive. The store is clean, bright, well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I always look forward to seeing Matthew. He welcomes customers with a smile on his face and in his voice. He is helpful, kind, and energetic. His customer service skills are great. Companies need more employees like him.

We ordered some balloons to be picked up the next day. They said that the order would be ready first thing. So as soon as they opened we went it in and sure enough the order of 4 dozen balloons were ready. They also had the exact 4 different colors we need. Very satisfied with the order

Alot of things in one place for every occasion

The variety is way better than Walmart, which is where my hubby wanted me to go. They do offer military discount and have survey coupons to help with the cost. But the cost is still not that bad and pretty comparable to Walmart.

I ordered balloons online and went to pick them up the following day. They didn't have 2/3 of the balloons I bought, but I was given a refund & a discount for other balloons 😊

First time at this location, nicely set up not messy like most stores. Staff helpful and sense of humor. Will definitely be back here

Love party place they always have what I need for my party's. Don't like the cashier she stares at you like you are going to steel something I been going there every since they opened the store. I can always find what I need for holiday party's ....

There are not a lot of places you go anymore and have extraordinary customer service but this is one of them. We had a very bad experience with the costume dept!! Then this retail angel Ed would not let us leave the store until we were halloween ready and he accomplished that and went above and beyond to do it. My son picked out like 5 or 6 costumes which are all sold out but Ed and Mathew helped us until literally hand walking one up to the register and discounted it greatly for all the misunderstandings in the costume dept.

Ed did not only make our day, halloween but he made my whole year better with his amazing kindness and outstanding customer service skills. I had to thank him one last time because its hard too find a manager like this now and days and i really really appreciate all he did to help us!!

Wide selection of so many fun party supplies. Friendly customer service. I particularly appreciated that the store was quite clean and orderly.

Big inventory of party supplies and staff was very friendly and provided great service.

Even with Halloween being their busiest time with lots of people trying to get a costume at once the employees are still calm and helpful which is appreciated 🎃
We have fun looking at all the different types of ideas plus trying on masks lol
