Good store good service

Despite all the other poor reviews I found the store to be a positive experience. I am going to visit family out of state, my nephew asked that I bring a few bottles of Mountain Dew Overdrive he said that I could get at Casey's. Being unfamiliar with both I called the store and asked if they carried it and its availability. He went back and got an idea of the quantity and told me that their store was the former BP off the 74 Miami town exit, not top far away. Shortly after I drove out there and found the store was clean. well stocked and busy. One clerk was helping a customer outside the counter and the other was friendly and helpful when I asked if I could use a box and if they had more Dew in the cooler. She went back and got all I needed and said they would restock the shelf and explained it was an exclusive flavor for their stores, it was on a 3/$5 deal with their rewards program but gave me a scan to get that deal and directed me to their app and said to click on rewards and sign up to get deals like this which I have done and sure enough it looks like a good place to go get gas and convenience store type needs. They had a lot of yummy looking snack foods with their brand on it. I saw and smelled pizza and saw app deals so I will go give them a try when I'm out that way.

So to kinda offset all the 1 star reviews all I can say is that my experience didn't match any of those reviews and you should give the store a chance rather than turn away due tp all the bad reviews. I didn't use the restroom so I cannot comment there.

So go get some gas and Mountain Dew, have a few friendly words with the people around you and have a great day.

I love Casey's pizza, yes the one in miamitown, OH is in need of an upgrade however the people are nice. The pizza good but when the upgrade comes I know it will taste better.

Have been here several times to try to get pizza, and they haven't had it. They finally had some in stock and it was as good as all others Casey's pizza.

Like this store but hours are wrong says 4am but tried to open the door at 425 and the worker put his thumbs down meaning not open so get your signs right Casey’s

I wanna give five stars, but they don’t have a working pizza oven. I really want to try their signature pizzas.

I have been here twice. One I tried to get something from the resturant and the girl was on ther cell phone. I asked her if it was open and she rolled her eyes and took her phone and walked away without replying. I went today and a different girl was on a video call on her cell phone at the register. I stood there and waited while she was talking to her friend on the phone for almost 3 minutes before she decided to check me out. The staff there is beyond horrible. I miss the BP that was here.

Dirtiest Casey's I have ever been too!! Usually love this chain, but I will never be back to this location. Store management should be fired and replaced. No excuse to have unstocked+dirty bathrooms and filthy store. I've been to many other locations with short staff and they were much busier and bigger, but they always kept their store clean and in order.

Drove out of my way for my favorite pizza. Lunchtime on a Saturday. Grumpy old man said they didn’t have a pizza oven. I pointed out the pizza oven then he replied “don’t make no pizzas on weekends.” Then grunted no help. Yet they had pizza promo signs all over. I asked for a number to provide customer concerns. They refused to give it.

Horrible hiring practices! Looking for a full-time job for a month. On hold and spoke to numerous people only to finally get offered part-time night shift from unprofessional manager making donuts for very low wage and no benefits! Went in person one week ago and refused to see me. Very poor management. Don't waste your time!! Miss Steve's BP!!

Fist time in since the switch over from BP. I guess they like their employees to feel like they are in prison. No radio no TV. Just racks full of stuff that isnt good for you. Just silence and bland basic colors. Pretty sad corporate model most likely built for pure profit margins. Not an uplifting way to start a morning.

Have you ever heard of a Casey's that doesn't serve pizza? Well, this one doesn't. It's what Casey's is known for. If you want pizza, keep driving.

Purchased beer was charged almost double the price item was not scanned just punched in numbers no receipt given will tell everyone not to go there and get ripped off how sad things cost enough now a days

This location doesn’t serve pizza like every other Casey’s on earth. Bathrooms are dirty too

You dont answer the phone, you dont take pizza orders. You are NOT a caseys, and i am.reporting you to corporate in ankeny IA!!!!

Mark ups are ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else for better prices .

Stopped in just to clean my window after driving through a mess of some bugs and not ONE bin had window solution in it.
