I know I said that it wasn't fully resolved but the issue is rather benign and could be fixed by other means. The service was very good and I would go again. I know I got a usb-c to usb-c to help with transferring my stuff between phones but I didn't expect my S23 to also come with one. It took a while to figure out charging but I've got it. Thanks for the wonderful service, I love the new phone.

I’m going to give Gretel a 5 because she helped me. I’m illiterate with computers and she sat down and explained everything to me the way that I understood and that’s something that you don’t get anywhere and she told me, she did excellent and I understood everything and I think that she should get a 10 instead of five because a lot of people don’t like to spend time with elderly people like me. Thank you again And I want to give her a 10

Great store ! I’m also glad this store made me open my eyes , I was given a sim and it was a miss understanding where the sim was placed on the wrong phone and later that night I found out the sim that was in my phone was actually my Bf, come to find out he was cheating on me cause all the texts went to my phone. Thank u AT&T for this sign I am much happier now.

Cristina, was absolutely helpful & knowledgeable. I came in to get a sim card for 1 phone and ended up getting a upgrade for another. She showed me the advantages of taking the promo offer. I could not refuse.
I loved it because there was no pressure & she waited for me to make my choice.

Probably the absolute best costumer service I have ever received at any store. Christina and Efran were the best and helped me get two phones. They were going out of their way to make sure I received everything I asked for from phones to accessories. Called other locations for phones I wanted but decided to go with what they had in stocked they did the most for us. They provided perfect customer service! Thank you both so much!

I only give it 5 stars because you can't give more. I went to have my phone and my family's there, and I had several problems with it, Alina attended me the first time, but later, when I returned, Cristina Garcia attended less...... an excellent treatment, worthy of recognition. ...... Kingsley was also there ...... and another young man whose name I do not remember, but they all did an excellent job, in several hours we need to be, good young people dedicated to their work, I congratulate them, and I urge keep it up, providing your best service to everyone. Alina Roman was the best, she helped me setting up my phone in less than 10 minutes. She answered all my questions and was nice enough to sign me up for the AT&T app I didn’t even know I could do that. She was such a sweetheart I will definitely come back here again. Such a great employee!!
