AT&T Store

Had a very pleasant experience at this store working with Kris. He was kind and professional, and got me in and out with some great services and new devices. If you’re thinking of switching services, I highly recommend going into this store to get it done.

The gentleman was a ton of help. Felt bad he was working alone and didn't have help. Had 6 customers all waiting on him. He did great.

Dakota has been nothing but helpful! He talked me into AirPod Pros on installment and I couldn’t be happier! Excellent service with a smile!

Please keep Dylan at this store. He was great. The usual manager here is not a customer service help. Dylan helped my wife with her new phone AND helped me with problems with S22+ that messed with me for 2 mons. Dylan is a 10 in my book of customer service reps. The usual manager at this store should go work for verizon!!

I highly recommend visiting this store. Alex is by far one of the best and makes the hassle of switching providers and setting up new phones a breeze! He made a painful process easy and I actually left feeling good when the same process at other provider stores left me frustrated and feeling helpless! I would be loyal to AT&T forever if they keep people like Alex around!

We switched today to AT&T from Verizon. Lora was a huge help. She’s down to earth and respectful. She made the process fun!

I was having issues with my new phone pairing. The gentleman there was able to fix the issue. He took the time and made sure everything was working before I left. I will definitely go back there if I need assistance again.

Alex that is store was awesome and very helpful and did everything he could for me. He was also very knowledgeable. And when I came in with a phone with half my screen working he was so determined to get my stuff to transfer my stuff over to my new phone

Extremely polite and respectful. It was refreshing especially after Verizon 50ft away said they couldn't help before I could express my concern. Alex is top tier support as well as Damon. Mostly dealed with Alex.

I was unable to recieve calls when I came in. Alex really helped me out. He stuck with it for about 2 hours to try and figure out what was wrong with my phone. Turns out, it was sprint haunting me from my previous service and screwing up my tower connection. Alex rocks. Sprint blows.

Incredible store...the manager was very nice and even helped me lower my bill. I got my bill after that day and even with the new phone i got my bill was $20 lower than before! Would definitely recommend Nick and his crew here over any other at&t stores.

This is by far the best ATT store I have ever visited. I came in with a phone that had completely crashed. Both Alex and Damin worked on my phone for two hours . Success! I cannot recommend this store highly enough!

Finally an AT&T store that gets it... Greated as I walked in and customer service through the roof.

Every single person was polite, up beat and customer service friendly. They had cases in stock for the phones and other items I had been looking for at other stores but found here...

The guy in the store was great, thus the 5 star rating. It would be nice though if he had help, so they could more customers in less time.
