AT&T Store

Paul was able to do what others stores deemed impossible! I thank him for his outstanding knowledge and professionalism. Glad to have this store locally in Harrison Ohio.

This is not the closest AT&T store to me, but it is the only one I will go to! Paul is so kind and helpful, I am SO glad he’s back! He was even this way helping me with an issue that he was making ZERO commission off of, and reassured me that I was doing the best thing for my son’s Christmas gift- boy was he excited on Christmas morning! Thank you!!!!

I wanted to thank Paul for the amazing service he gave us this morning.
At the Lawrenceburg Indiana store first and the rude service was to much. Then he refused to help with the problem so we went to the Harrison Ohio store.
I can't say enough good things about Paul's service. He fixed the problem and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Jay was absolutely wonderful! He got us set up with a lower monthly payment, and better benefits. I had no clue I wasn’t able to use my auto pay discount on my old plan until he told me that it wasn’t being applied! Awesome service, awesome team will definitely be coming back in the future!!! We came in to upgrade our phones. Vanity Walker made our experience very fast and pleasant. She took the time to make sure our needs were taken care of. Thumbs Up to Vanity!

This store absolutely amazes me. They greet you with a smile and are very knowledgeable. The one employee, Eric definitely keeps you entertained, and the other employee Evan is an absolute wizard with iphones. The manager is always there to lend a helping hand as well. Thank you guys for all the wonderful help you've given me!

We had to unexpectedly replace a broken phone and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. Evan was fantastic in helping us decide on the right phone to fit our needs. The transfer of data from phone to phone went smoothly and quickly. Would definitely recommend this location.

My experience at this store was exceptional. When I was having difficulties with an AT&T rep via phone, the staff in Harrison were more than helpful and quickly resolved my issues. After many years with Verizon, I must admit that I have been pleased with the move to AT&T. If it were not for the staff (Mason and Coy) and the manager Lora, I would have switched back to Verizon. They have been amazing. If you are looking to switch providers, go to their store, not Sam’s Club like I did. That was my mistake and have needed so much assistance from the store. Great job team.

The store manager Vanity and her associate Evan are fantastic! I came in to switch my phone service from Lively/Jitterbug and they made it a breeze! Got me on the best deals, with new phones and even helped me set it up every step of the way. So am very pleased with the service at this store and with AT&T in general.

This store overall is very helpful and always helps me with any problems I have. The store manager jayden is great.

I've been an AT&T customer for many years and Vanity, Store Manager, is by far the best employee I have ever dealt with in any AT&T store. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of AT&T service and is great at troubleshooting issues. If you have any questions or issues, the AT&T store in Harrison Ohio is the place to visit.

Rylee is great and very helpful they fixed my issue very fast and was super nice!

Eric worked diligently to get me the perfect upgrade and Eric and Vanity spent lots of time making sure my phone was transferred and perfect before I left. The best store I've ever seen/been to.

The rep evan was amazing. Above and beyond from start to finish and very patient. The manager is very knowledgeable and attentative to her staff and customers.
