This store always gets me the best deal, and helps me quickly. (Usually) had a question and this store called corporate, and they got me fixed up. Been with this company over 22 years. It pays off.👍🏽

I have been to my local Verizon several times. I have received excellent service. Carter helped me today and solved my problem. He is always patient and always resolves any problem no matter how long it takes. Dylan is super also and has helped me in the past.

Arrived at Harrison location around 11:20 on March 1. Two reps on duty really impressed me (Carter and Dylan) with their professional demeanor and their ability to really connect with their customers and focus on their needs. There was some kind of glitch with Verizon that day and people were waiting to be served. Once we were able to sit down with Carter, we had an excellent experience. They were able to keep their cool and focus even during this busy time. Five stars to both young men...they are a credit to your business.

Amanda was a blessing to work with! She was definitely short staffed when we were there, however I didn't see her lose her composure once. She got us set up on a new account and transfered our numbers from our old provider. She kept a great conversation going the whole time, while helping other customers along with us. 11/10 will definitely be going back in the future with any issues we might have, she was so knowledgeable on everything Verizon. Thanks for such a meaningful experience!

Amanda was very helpful in setting up my new phone. She made sure everything I needed was setup and made sure to use her expertise to make sure I was ready to go. Highly recommend!

I was in a bind trying to upgrade my phone and add a line. I took a chance on this store, with the other stores only having curbside. I'm so thankful I did. Tyler was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was honest and truly worked to help me to the fullest of his ability. Very pleased with my experience.

Kiona literally had me in and out of the store in 16 minutes with a new phone after mine finally bit the dust. She was so pleasant and took such great care of me. I walked in with a dead phone, 3 kids waiting in the car and an appointment to be at in 30 minutes. I told her I could come back after, but she was like 'no, I've got this!" Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The staff was very helpful. I had issues with my old phone not being able to get wifi so we had to work around that, in order to get my contacts and pictures etc transfered over to my new phone. They worked for hours on it. We were finally able to get most of the stuff I needed and I was grateful.

The lady that helped us was amazing and had excellent customer service skills. She even stayed stayed later to help us after the store closed! We would definitely recommend her!

Newer Management, great staff!!! They went the extra mile to help us and our bill is lower because we were on an outdated plan. Helped set up the phones in a timely manner. Even called the next day to see how we liked the phones! They were not pushy as other stores have been in the past. Highly Recommended location. A+

Tyler was extremely helpful. We were trying to decide which device, plan was best for our family and Tyler laid out all our options and suggested which plans seemed to fit. He was a pleasure to speak with and we plan to stop in soon to purchase new phones.
