Hayden was super helpful, very informative, patient and answered any and all questions that we had. This was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had at a phone store. I would recommend this store and Hayden to anyone looking to get a new phone or upgrade.

This is the best Verizon store I have ever visited. All the employees are friendly and helpful, especially the store manager, Abbey. She answered all our questions and helped us set up our new iphones (quite a task for senior ex-android users). Even weeks after our purchase, when we had questions about our phones or charges on our Verizon account, she was friendly and quick with an answer, always with a huge smile.

Hayden did an excellent job taking care of all of our needs. We left with 2 new phones fully set up, all we needed for the new phones and an update plan with all possible discounts.
