I went in to get my brother some shoes and clothes I really like shopping there they have extended size that what I like the staff was very nice and friendly it was great to go there I met the manager very friendly I love store they have so many wonderful things I highly recommend you go by and see they are waiting to help I met Makenzie so friendly a warm smile I really her and the Manger for helping me I did buy brother some shoes great prices I am going back to. Get him some more they wears good Last a long time great quality.

During an incredibly challenging time when my mother was hospitalized in Memphis, I purchased a pair of shoes from Academy Sports. Sadly, my mother passed away, and amidst the chaos of settling her affairs and moving, I discovered an issue with the right shoe. Despite having bought it almost two months prior, the Conway, Arkansas branch of Academy Sports went above and beyond to assist me. A special thanks to Amanda, one of the managers, Candice in customer service, and Mike in the shoe department. Their collective understanding and exceptional customer service in the midst of my personal hardships was truly commendable. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and support.

Sherwood store was helpful in finding what I wanted but I had to drive to conway store to get it, thank you Sherwood store

The staff was very helpful and courteous! I distinctly remember the cashier because she was very sweet and actually had a very cool sense of humor😄. I needed a pair of 💪work boots, and got what I needed at a decent price! I'm also looking for a pair of men's Nike Shox NZ, Dark Anthracite Gray in a size 10.5. Academy Sports was the only place that had them at a nice price, but I couldn't find my size at the store nor on their website. Any suggestions on where I could find these? Conway Arkansas Academy Sports store's employees (Ricardo and Brianna) and manager (Justin) absolutely restored our faith in humanity!! They all went OVER & ABOVE and helped us bring the true Spirit of the Holidays to a Military family in need!! Ricardo and Brianna helped us look for everything with smiling faces, come up with ideas, and helped us load the cart for children whose Christmas was not going to be so Merry.... Justin, the manager, blessed these children as well as us in a way that will never be forgotten!! We left with heartfelt thanks, hugs, and happy tears!! I will definitely shop there in the future for all of my Grandkids' future sports needs!!

Lady in the shoe department was so helpful. I was buying clears for my 5 year old for baseball helped get the right size. Awesome people

I have been to Academy a number of times and am always satisfied with my experience. The store is fairly large so I often ask for assistance from an associate and they typically walk me right to the item I am looking for. Their selection of apparel is wide, I wish their prices were a bit lower but they have very high quality items to choose from. I love how many different sections of the store there are so I can get something for my kids, wife, and myself all in one trip.

Very helpful people. Told them what I was needing and the contacted someone in that department and went to work on it. Less that 10 minutes later I was going through the check out line. Next they loaded it into my car. And I was on my way. Highly recommend this place.

Great prices for pet bedding. Very clean, bright store. Well stocked & varieties in weapons and ammunition . Emoyees helpful.

The store director Ben was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He was out on the floor working and helped me get the perfect Christmas bikes for my girls. All in 20 mins. It was an amazing shopping experience. Thank you Ben!

On August 24th I visited this Academy and I have to say I was quiet pleased with my visit. I was approached immediately asking if I could be helped and the associate took me to the item I was looking for it was that way thru out the store. Very clean and well organized, very friendly and helpful staff. I spent most of my time in Sporting Goods and everyone was really helpful.

Great store with almost anything and everything you could need for sports, outdoors and firearms. It's a shame they don't have in-store stock of AR-15 rifles but they are hard to find anywhere so no points taken off for that.

The staff at the firearms department are very friendly and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Dalton for saving me from buying the wrong ammo on accident.

Always has a great selection! From the cheapest brands to the most expensive! It's my go-to place for sports equipment and attire!
