Billy was excellent, gave us great service and made sure we got what we were wanting. He made sure to explain the differences between different devices and even helped us save on our phone bill by updating our plan. 10/10 would recommend.

I had been dealing with a rep over the phone through 611. He told me what to do after the phone disconnected, and it didn't work. Now my phone had no service. I went to the store, showed them the phone, and began to describe my challenge. Fredrique knew exactly what to do, and had my phone fixed in 30 seconds. He was very kind, professional, and courteous as well. Thank you!

Jacob was absolutely amazing. What a great personality. The visit felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. He alleviated any and all stress and concern. I won't be seeing anyone but him for my wireless needs, and will definitely recommend visiting your location and requesting him personally. THANK YOU, Jacob. I walked in and talked with Mrs.Claudia. She was very helpful and nice to me. I’m 19 and this is my first trade in, so I was unsure of a few costs and she was so helpful. She helped me figure out the exact cost each month after my trade in and explained everything clearly. She did not make me feel dumb or anything.
