Retro Rick's Gamepoint

Absolutely amazing place! The staff was all very friendly and took care of us from trade-ins to purchases. Big fans of Rick since the beginning so of course we had to make the 3 hour trip. They were genuinely stoked that we came all that way to check the place out and do some business!

If you're looking for a great place to buy retro games and collectibles, Retro Rick's Gamepoint is definitely worth checking out. I found out about the store from YouTube, and I was really impressed by all of the cool statues and displays. The prices are also very reasonable compared to online retailers. Plus, the staff is always ready to help if you have any questions.

Love this place so much! People are absolutely amazing and so friendly!

8/10 when it was just Gamepoint. 11/10 as Retro Rick's Gamepoint. We searched 4 other game stores for specific old games (NES, SNES, GB, GBA, etc) for our daughter and only found 1. Found 6 at RRG! Bought 3 of them on our visit and will buy more for her each payday. She has talked about going back to RRG EVERY DAY since our visit. The store was clean and organized. The employees were nice and helpful. This is a great place to get some obscure collectibles that aren't at ridiculous "auction website" prices. I attached a picture as an example. It's what our 4 year old wants for Christmas now! 😆

Just showed up on our trip from AZ to PA. Have been watching his channel for years. Grabbed a couple of items for me and the kids and got several pictures. Just as nice in person as the channel. My wife is a Filipina and says it's the Filipino in him that makes him so sweet.

Was looking to pitstop in Conway. Saw the billboard just outside of town. Wanted to check this place out. What an awesome stop so many things to look at. So many consoles represented here. about 175 bucks 45 mins later I was homeward bound to kansas I will be back thru. The guy at the counter was very nice and helpful.

My family and I drove from Austin to Conway just to visit Rick's new store. This was before his official grand-opening but despite that it was still an amazing retro experience.

The store is extremely clean, spacious, and easy to navigate. Their selection was top notch, plenty of common games and a great selection of heavies. The prices are extremely reasonable, I picked up Knuckles' Chaotix on Sega 32x and Mega Man X on the SNES and I was very impressed and satisfied with his prices.

His retro toy inventory is also impressive.

His staff was extremely friendly but since it was Easter weekend Rick wasn't there, we'll definitely make a return visit to hopefully meet Rick.

Retro Rick's Gamepoint easily ranks as one of the absolute best game and retro collectable stores I've ever visited. I highly recommend every collector to stop by and visit.

One of my favorite places to go in Arkansas! I feel like a kid again every time I walk in. There is so much history and nerdy goodness from wall to wall! If you are in Conway, please carve out some time to visit!

A definite blast from the past. If you are looking for retro gaming items and toys then this is the place for you. I live 2.5 hours away and have made a few trips to buy and trade. Their prices are great and what I’ve been offered on my trades for store credit have exceeded my expectations. The staff is excellent and if you catch Rick there he is a pleasure to visit with. I can’t say enough good things about this store and the people that work there. Go check it out.

We planned a 5 day road trip specifically to go to Retro Rick's Game Point, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!

We have been long time subscribers of Rick's YouTube channel and seeing everything he's picked up in his videos over the years in person was surreal. The store itself is like a museum with new things to look at at every inch. The staff was wonderful and we got to meet Rick while we were there which was definitely a highlight of our trip!

If you are a retro video game or 80s/90s nostalgia fan, this place is a must stop. Not only do they have cool stuff to look at, they also have a great selection of toys, games, consoles and more!

I'm a 43 year old that knows absolutely nothing about gaming, other than super mario when I was 8. I do however have a son that loves it. The employees at Retro Rick's have been VERY patient with me as well as super informative on whatever nubie questions I have. It's a cool spot,good prices,great selection, and the staff is worth the trip. 5 stars,all day.

I had the privilege of visiting Retro Rick's Gamepoint this past weekend, as we were in town for a ball tournament. I follow Rick's Youtube channel, so I was excited to check the store out in person. However, as often happens in life, expectation and reality don't often intersect.

However, our entire experience was incredible. This store has the friendliest staff that I've ever encountered in ANY business. It's immaculate, and you can tell that it's truly a labor of love. My nephew picked up a DS and a GBA game, and asked several times about going back again. My only regret is that we weren't able to visit again the next day, as we had planned to.

This isn't merely a stop along the way - this is a destination. Kudos not only to Rick, but also to his management team and staff. They define what "customer service" should be.

I was in the midst of a road trip to the Midwest from Central Florida and knew I had to make a stop at Retro Rick’s store. Awesome atmosphere, so many cool collectibles, staff was very friendly. Prices are on par with the market; 10/10. Only downside if there was one was Rick was on vacation so I didn’t meet him

Super friendly staff, good selection, amazing decor and atmosphere! Flexible and fair dealings. Owner Rick was in store and was extremely kind to my family and I! Fantastic experience, hope to be back one day!

Yes!! Love this store! They have just about any game console and cartridge you can imagine—GameBoy, Nintendo64, anything! Prices are excellent and they have a huge selection of everything. They also have action figures, Pokémon cards, lunch boxes, etc. It’s a step back in time for sure. I mean, they even have one of those old Ronald McDonald benches that used to be outside every McDonald’s you’d see and huge characters from the Simpson’s. What’s not to love?!

Not only it easy to get to but they had a huge inventory. Unfortunately I was traveling through the area and only had
a small time so many games so little time
Best thing was I was able to meet Rick he and the staff were very knowledgeable and cool to talk to I just wished I had more time.

Great Experience! I've been to over 200 game stores and Rick's store is definitely number 1 in the country! Next to the national video game museum.

This place is amazing! The nostalgia! Rick does an amazing job and is so kind. They were so helpful. My friend whole family can't wait to come back.
