Nice quiet place to go read books & purchase books my daughter loves books a million. The atmosphere is nice and quiet and friendly. Plenty of parking nice big parking lot. Handicapped accessible, and nice staff.

I love buying books! And the membership is totally worth it

They carry a great selection of books, manga, toys, and board games, and the store is very well organized and clean. Whether you're a casual fan or a hardcore nerd, you'll find something to love at Books-A-Million.

I went in today just looking around and had a nice time the staff was friendly and we share a few things about the story a nice selection of books. I would go and check it out I highly recommend it

Smaller store without a cafe but still has a great selection of books, magazines and gifts. The store is well laid out and the staff was helpful.

It's always a good day when I can walk around a book store. And this location had everything I was interested in and a few things I had forgotten about. I also appreciate the Manga sections and tabletop game options too. The staff were pretty funny and helpful too. Definitely plan on going back when I have a good day off again.

Love love love this store. I could spend all day looking around and building a wish list for my athome library. Bought so many books that were on sale too! Good deals.

Don’t go in this store if you have a hard time not buying stuff! Seriously this place is like Barnes and Noble on steroids, totally jam packed with amazing books, great gifts, toys, games, plushies, and more! We easily spent an hour there when we went to check it out and I had to pick and choose what we would get because there was just so much that caught my eye!

Got some really neat and unique gifts! In particular they had a whole Harry Potter themed stand with all kinds of cute home decor, kitchen items, and games, all inspired from the series. I got the Harry Potter conversation card game for some friends who love the series and they loved this game.

Among the things I noticed were a great game section, a large manga section (even light novels!), kids books section, book related toy section and also an educational toy section as well.

Will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I always love going to BAM while in Conway. It’s a must stop almost every time. We never leave the store empty handed. Wish they had a bit more Anime and Japanese stuff in the store but won’t keep me from going.

Kennedy was so helpful and patient with me. I had so many questions and was in there for hours. I got so many beautiful books!!!! If only there was a booksamillion by us in Florida. It's so much better than Barnes and noble. Such great selection. So clean too. All of the staff was great but Kennedy really went above and beyond for me!!!

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful sales associates. If they don't have your book in stock, they are more than happy to order it for you! Best BAM! location that I have visited.

This place is amazing! The membership is free, the new age section is fantastic! The employees are very nice and extremely helpful. I was looking for a certain book that I thought would be there but is actually online and turns out is much more affordable but this place in general is way more affordable for purchases than Barnes & Noble is. I recommend it highly for all the above reasons including its great parking structure and handicap accessible ramp for those who need it. This place is like a Hastings for books and book memorabilia. 5 stars!!

My recent experience here was amazing! We walked in about 15 minutes before they closed (we usually wouldn’t do that but there was a book I really wanted) and easily found the book I was looking for. On top of that, a wonderful and delightful employee of theirs (Sadie I believe) was super helpful and humorous. She discussed in depth the book I was interested in and made a few other wonderful suggestions. She was the highlight of our visit! I definitely suggest visiting here and if Sadie happens to be working, definitely direct any questions you have to her, she will go above and beyond on helping you find what you’re looking for. Thank you Sadie!!

This place is fantastic! Love the staff here. They're always happy, friendly and helpful. They know the merchandise and the books like they've read half of the inventory and that's how it should be. These stores are a dying breed. I hope this one survives. If it keeps being run like this, it should have no problems.

Closest book store in 30 miles ... still plenty of books and novelties

Great variety!! Their intro level reading books selection is some of the beat in all of Conway! Even my 6 year old likes going to pick out new books! Very organized most days!

I love this place always have the books I need,want and didn't know about. Always the best customer service. Discounts endless... I literally spend hours here. You just get so lost in there stuff. They even have a cute kid area

This has become one of our go to spots every time my in-laws come in from Texas. A few of us are book lovers, a cpl of us are very into checking out the collectibles, the book selection is great and if they don't have it they can order it. I love their selection of journals and new age books.
