Old Navy

This store was very well organized and neat, with a nice selection of clothing. I was very impressed. Wish all clothing stores were this nice! It was the opposite of Ross. Kudos to the design staff. Hats off!!

I went to return some items that were too small. Wonderful experience!!! No problem with returning the items. The clerk accepted them and told me the credit should appear the next cycle. Thank you Jesus and Old Navy!!!

I could not let the Jean sale go past me. I mean where do you find good quality jeans for $12.00

Clean many clothes to choose from different sizes, many colors, big sale going on now and huge discounts.

I had 2 bags full of returns and hadn’t been able to locate/ match all of my emails; I was in dread entering the store. Dylan assisted me and could not have been more friendly, efficient and calmed me down to the point I look forward to shopping with you in the future!

I picked up an online order inside the store. There was a little wait (it was the week after Thanksgiving, so I expect a wait) but they were efficient & friendly.
I also noticed they now have a self checkout option. I look forward to trying that next time

Quite a large collection selection of clothing, workers offered plenty of help so there was no point in time in which I was confused. Offers restrooms at the back right of the store and rooms for trying on clothing directly in the center of the store which was nice. Self checkout was interesting but employees were there to help out lol

This location has had a major remodel & it's looks awesome! All the staff was very nice & helpful & in a great mood. I wish they had more discounts, but I still enjoy visiting & shopping. I really enjoy going to Old Navy, of course I'll be back soon!

It's thanksgiving day and my Mrs just has to buy some gifts. It is 4 pm and the store is fully stocked and staffed. We easily found what we were looking for and despite it being thanksgiving evening the workers were helpful and courteous. Kudos.

Great customer care! My Grand daughter 🥰 (2) escaped Nana's grip and bolted away. The Old Navy team sprung into action and implemented the Amber alert controls they have in place and secured the entry and exits, communicated as a team and located my little Grace. Great teamwork! Thank you all!

Great deals on kids clothes! Check out the price on the receipt... $2.47 for boys 6T denim jeans that were originally over $30. When purchased, I didn't even know they were on sale.

Very well organized, door employee making sure that everyone wears a mask and explains social distancing requirements, no line to get in, although I dont see them counting how many people are entering. Store is clean and well stocked, lots of available employees

Great time of day to shop. Not crowded. Was helped right away, too. A sales person stopped what they were doing & came over to check me out so I wouldn't have to wait. That is great servuce.

Great selection and good prices. Always discounts and the line of people running fast to check out. Super I like this store . the workers are really aware of your necessities.

Security definitely make you feel safe. I can shop w/o a conscious.They're very alert even though some say staff is racist; it's usually the ones caught stealing and I witness w my own eyes.

It has been some time since my last visit to Old Navy, I did not expect my shopping experience to be what it was. All the clothes were, to some extent, similar to what you can find at a mall or shopping center. In short, I was pleasantly surprised, will return soon!

Old Navy is a clean and friendly environment for the whole family. Clothes for everyone with some good deals. Lines can be a bit long. Along the lines, there are socks, tupper wear, lotions, make-up products, and other skin care products which is cool in case you need any of those. Overall great place

Always find something nice in sale section it's organized but still have to dig nice service and good sales .I'm a very petie woman and have a hard time finding clothes that fit but aren't too tight there extra small leggings are very comfortable and aren't too tight the tops give you room too they have a very good product for smaller women .
