Michael's is a great store, but like most places in conway, the parking lots surrounding the strip mall it's in is needlessly complicated. However that's not something they can help without moving locations. There selection of items for the beginning craftsman is astonishing the first time you walk inside.

Very good customer service and store was organized and isles not full of boxes and carts. Great half off sale on picture frames. I got 2 beautiful frames for $30.43 . Saved $42.09 fantastic deals. Wanted frames for my daughter's wedding pictures. So happy that I went here to look.

In and out fairly quickly, staff was helpful when looking for paint supplies. Sales not as good as they once were, but, it's like that everywhere!

Pretty great store! They don't always have the things I need, but that's a franchise thing and not this locations problem. Very great store if you're wanting framing, yarn, children's crafts, and wedding supplies. Not the largest selection for drawing. They don't have fabric.
The employees here are always very kind. They're helpful and will always show you your options for some supplies. Definitely a great place.

I went to Michael today Just to know the manager he was very friendly helpful I told him was just looking today a awesome store so many things to look at fun things to do if you like doing crafts if you there is other things you can find to I highly recommend you go bt to see them they would love to see you.

Had to find some white graphite paper and the kid that was crafting at the front door came to my rescue. He helped me find a sleeve of paper among all those isles in minutes. Thanks for having what I needed, with friendly, helpful employees available.

Love the store! They have a wide range of seasonal, floral, crafting, and art supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are fair and honest with their pricing. They misplaced an item under an incorrect price but charged me the incorrect price because that's where I found it. That's rare integrity in business today. Shop here for all your artistic needs.
