My boyfriend and I almost always get this gentlemen (I never asked his name) as our cashier and he is always so nice to us and talks to us we are always happy to see him. All the other employees are also nice to us

Good people nice store.

Good convenience store in Merced. The downfall to this place is that sometimes the ice machine would be broken so that places me at another location or I would buy the fountain drink without the ice and manage. The staff is friendly and they have a bit of everything inside of the store. I do come here at times to get what I need from Circle K. The gas prices is a bit high but I do understand the high cost of gas prices since i have friends that do drive a car.

They do sell lottery tickets here plus they will accept EBT.

Service was great. I was greeted with a smile. Jenny was beautiful and polite.

I don’t understand how they still in business A gas station that does not have a public restroom for paying customers .

Doors are constantly locked as other reviewers have pointed out. For example, a cashier with long, blonde hair locked the door one night, telling me to wait 10 or 15 minutes. As I sat on the curb, two tattoo'ed males approached the door, and she lets them in. (What did they do inside? No idea.)

Another time, I shook on the door, causing the chains to rattle and alert the lazy employee who locked it up. He then started swearing at me!

After researching who the owner was by speaking with different employees (the blonde one claiming Craig would never fire her) I emailed a "Craig Moneyhoon." In his bizarre response, he strangely excuses the behavior of staff he's responsible for training by calling the area a "rough neighborhood." He also outlandishly claims a "beer robberry" was the reason Ian had chained the doors.

The next day, I asked Ian (who didn't know I had been emailing w/ Craig) if a beer robbery had occurred. He said no. I then email Craig with the results of my own investigation + new pictures of a Closed sign hanging on what's supposed to be a 24/7 store.

Still ignoring my followup emails, I do some research to shockingly discover Craig was former Mayor Pro Tem of Merced in 2013, terminated after criminal charges were filed against him for disturbing the peace.

I include this story in my next email to emphasize the absurdity of being indifferent to the problems at his store I so helpfully bring up, as if he forgot how it felt to complain at an ice cream shop that even escalated into threats of violence.

Next thing I know, a week later while visiting this Circle K, I am told I'm banned and actual police are called on me for trespassing...

The older gentleman with the earring that works there is a very rude man. I was filling up my 89¢ Soda and the machine was out of the flavor I wanted so I dumped out the ice and liquid that was in the cup because it was no good. The machine was just dispensing gas with water. The old man yelled at me and acted like a freaking child because I poured out like 5 ice cubes. Avoid that place like the plague. Horrible service. The dude is a dick.

Cause there been a few Time the older son was very rude to me he one time use profaned toward me. I had a bunch of change left from washer and I bought something there and got in rage cause I was using change to buy my item. He yell at me is everybody in this f-----k town a bunch of f------ken broke bums. I could not believe this grown man through a tantrum like a 5 year old and how he put down the people of the town in hilmar. Really those people change or bill is what put food on your table moron you need to be stop giving everything and see how hard it is when mommy and daddy are not around to give you everything

This is crazy I just stood at the door as customers came and went because the doors are locked no worker in sight its now5:15 am and I'm walking across town to 711 to get something to drink... Terrible service this happens all the time and the store has no phone number... What's that about??... When it first opened I loved going there not so much now days...
