I always say the truth ..If you ever go to Pilot, pick this cover up you will see what I’m talking about… you will never seen clean bathroom like that. I really like it loves is the best. Thank you people for great work.

Came into Waddy Love's location to shower. Finished showering and decided to use my drink credit so I grabbed a soft drink. Went to check out and frontend cashier claimed the system was showing no balance/drink credit. I showed her the Love's app it displayed me having one drink credit. Cashier told me "she didn't go by the app but by what her system says". So I paid for the drink out of pocket and proceeded to locate the manager.

Angie was the night managers name and she was phenomenal! Angie showed me great customer service and respect as a professional driver. She took care of the mistake and even some. Thank you Angie!

One of the best Love’s options in KY. Love the fenced in dog area. Store is small and manageable with exceptionally clean bathrooms.

Very clean place friendly employees. Even had a dog park so my dog could run around before getting back in the car! Very awesome!!

My car broke down and Thomas, the manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND with taking care of us. He was so noble to take time and help my family with our car troubles and even directed us and drove us to the nearest auto parts store so that we could be able to get help. He really is an angel and is the most generous person. I’m so glad this inconvenience happened here because God turned it into good. Thomas is a true example of love. God bless!! You deserve more than 5 stars!!

Helpful customer services, clean bathrooms.

I frequently stop here during my travels. I'm a 4-wheeler driver, so can't really rate all the trucker amenities. I can say that they offer a variety of services like showers, etc. The main traveler section features fresh deli food selections, a wide variety of drinks, a fairly extensive store selection ranging from groceries to gifts to vehicle repair items and very good prices and selection of tobacco products. Handicapped parking & accessibility is adequate.

Gas is usually a good price compared to competitors. One thing I appreciate is that the credit card scanning at the pumps always works for me. It can be particularly frustrating when traveling to have to go inside due to faulty scanners.

Service is excellent, the employees are always friendly, helpful & particularly patient with this out-of-state resident. I usually price and pick up cartons of cigarettes (for personal use). For you other smoker bargain hunters, there is a limit of 4 cartons per person.

Highly recommend as a clean, safe, friendly place to stop & take care of all your traveling needs.

Awesome stop, all around! Has a subway restaurant and a McDonald's restaurant inside of gas station, with separate inside dining for both. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Cashier's were super friendly and fast.

Much better experience here at the loves after leaving another truck stop in simpsonville. The pilot was filthy and unsanitary. As soon as I walked in I spoke with Carrie and she's a very nice and understanding woman. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. The McDonald's was good and hot and fresh. Will come here again if I'm in the area. Thanks guys for making my night better

I was running a Dedicated route and my shipper was down the road from here so I stayed at this store 3-4 times a week. This place became my 2nd home for a little over 2 years. The staff is always super friendly and has always greeted me with a smile. I recently quit my dedicated route for a local position and am actually upset that I will no longer be able to visit this store.

I just want to thank Melvin at the tire shop for his service and honesty. Also a big thank you to Ms Kera for her help. They were both very helpful and courteous.

Ive always loved stopping here on trips to and from Louisville. They have it all. Food and clean bathrooms. They have electronics and clothes. They even have toys and cool games for on the road play. Love Loves

I've recently rejoined the work force of drivers out here in the coronavirus ravaged roads here in America. Everywhere you go , everyone is short-handed and the ones working would rather be doing anything else. What a refreshing changed when I pulled in here today. I want to give a shout-out and a thumbs up to the manager on duty,C.A., I won't mention your name Chris but they should double your pay so the competition doesn't hire you away

Well this is the second time in two weeks I've been here. Getting fuel wasn't bad but if its a shower you want, they might be waiting on the towels to dry and though the shower keys are turned in, no showers are available as they're all dirty. Apparently the place doesn't have enough payroll, help or good management, or perhaps these ladies don't like cleaning showers. Who knows.
*** I returned weeks later to discover that they had clean showers and towels available! Nice. And someone was folding towels too. Maybe things changed! Its amazing what communication can do!

I really appreciate Love's Travel Stop at the Waddy Peytona exit on Interstate 64 (I-64) between Frankfort and Shelbyville in KY. The gas is reasonably priced compared with other retailers in cities along I-64 before and after either side of the exit for Love's. I've always experienced Love's to be clean and welcoming. Additionally, I've always experienced the staff to be friendly and helpful, and if there isn't the food or snack to your satisfaction inside Love's then there's a Subway and a McDonald's there in the same building. Fortunately they stock all kinds of items that one might need while traveling on the road including chargers for the phone. I once bought a power converter to power my laptop from 's battery and it was priced reasonably and worked perfectly. Several times I have stopped at Love's late at night or after midnight and either Love's, Subway or McDonald's has come to the rescue when I have ordered something to eat and it gave me energy to proceed on with my journey. I hope you'll find a positive experience for yourself at Love's.

After multiple times of traveling between Virginia and Indiana on I-64, I’ve finally found a travel plaza/truck stop that I like and which consistently has competing low fuel prices for the area, as reported by Waze, GasBuddy and GetUpside mobile apps.
Located midway between Lexington Kentucky and Louisville Kentucky, I’ve always found this facility to be very conveniently situated, easy to access, clean, have well lit facilities, and friendly staff.
I’m impressed by their ladies restroom stall doors being engineered for privacy (no gaps for people to peer through), with multiple sturdy hooks and a folding purse shelf.

It has two fast food restaurants attached (Subway and McDonald’s). Nearby is a Denny’s and two other travel plazas with their own embedded restaurants too (Speedway and Flying J). While I’m not a trucker (and generally don’t need such a service while driving this route), this’s Love’s also has shower facilities.
