Nike Factory Store - Simpsonville

We love shopping here when we’re in the area. The prices are very competitive. They have a pretty large variety of clothing and shoes in store. They also offer a military discount which my son takes advantage of. Excellent store!

Line moved much faster than anticipated, was grateful for that, almost had pre-buyers remorse but not today!
Will definitely go back

If you like Nike shoes and sport wear you gotta gotta visit this store. The prices or great and the selection is pretty good. If they don’t have the shoes in your size they will order them and ship to you free. Military discount also given. The clearance section want disappoint you. The store can be crowded especially on weekends. I like visiting weekdays

I recently learned about the two year warranty on all Nike shoes and happened to pop my bubble on my black and gold vapor maxes. I called ahead and was assured that I could come in and switch them out. No problem. Needless to say I’m a happy guy today!

Update I waited to post this review until I left the store they did in fact replace my shoes. I wasn’t able to get the gold/black but I got some all black ones that isn’t a problem for me. I’m just surprised that I got new shoes on the way FedEx Ground. Thanks, Nike ! Also my associate was very helpful & understanding.. 10 STARS ⭐

Loved it returned 2 pairs of air max that had a bubble blow out and wound up getting almost 300 in store credit so my 2 boys and I all got new shoes and shirts and a lil basketball they couldn't leave alone lol

My husband and I come to the outlet shops a few times a year at least, and Nike is our #1 store. We always find the BEST deals here, and the deals are for the ENTIRE FAMILY! Whe we checkout, I'm always pleasantly surprised at how low the total is compared to how many things we purchased!! They offer a wide arrangement for all your family and friends.

Very kind and helpful staff! Gretchen in specific was very helpful in helping me find a pair of shoes as she was showing me around the store and brought me shoes that she thought I would like. She did a great job picking shoes out for me as I walked out with 3 pairs lol. 10/10 customer service! Very sweet lady.

My son loves getting his shoes from here! The prices are awesome! I love the shirts they always have that's 3/30.00...the associates there are amazing! They're helpful, kind, and they treat you like family!

Went during christmas season. They were extremely busy. I couldn't find the right size on a shirt, so a older gentleman went & found it for me. He also showed me some slides that were on sale. I bought some of those too. Great experience. All of the staff gets 👍🏼👍🏼
