7/24/2023 I called the restaurant to let them know I hadn't received $3 change. The manager, Cindy Boyce, didn't take the time to understand why I called, and that was to make her aware. I wasn't planning on going back for $3. Granted, I could have let it go, but since the cashier was having a fun time being silly with her co-worker, she could've used a little coaching to do a better job. Well, the manager hung up when I called her back, on her request, so she could count a till (which was not what I wanted from her). I'm shaking my head because I know it's not a lot of money, and not worth having a till counted, but again, the manager didn't listen to why I was calling. Most of the time we go there, it's well worth the wait. It can be a long wait at times, but you won't be disappointed! We get concrete mixers every time.

Great experience 👍 The Concrete Mixers are worth every minute, with either fresh fruit or your favorite toppings. The burgers are smashed and lacy perfection. Really, really good.

The grilled chicken/cashew salad was fresh and tasty! Although my favorite is a vanilla sundae with hot caramel and Heath pieces! The best!

Outlet Mall Late Lunch

This is my mom's favorite restaurant and I finally gave it a try since it is about the only restaurant around the outlet mall that I can find something other than a meat based dish to eat. I was very surprised by just how good the meal was. We placed our orders, two North Atlantic 2 Piece Cod dinners, took our numbers and waited for our meal to arrive. The fish and fries were piping hot with apologies given since we were each short one piece of cod which was promptly brought out once it was cooked. Can I say that they have the best coleslaw!! I couldn't find any fault with any part of our meal nor our dining experience as a whole. Clean facility, attentive servers and staff but most of all great food!

Culvers does not disappoint with their delish butter burgers and a slew of other options. Located just outside the Outlet Mall.

Always a great experience on Sundays right after early church at about 11ish am.
You have one super nice young guy who works the cash wrap/register, when we are there!
His smile is so genuine and your employees all are happy and friendly which says a lot about a business!
And GREAT food as well!!

A bit different from other fast food places. You order your food and have a seat. They bring your food to you. I have always had the fish dinner, cause it is the best. Big pieces and not overly breaded. The service has always been good. High marks from me.

Took friends of ours to experience Culver's for the first time; you didn't disappoint! Learned that a deluxe burger is two patties - thankfully, we had hungry teenagers! Root beer was ice cold, foamy with the signature crisp taste that is always a hit. The only thing that lost a star at this visit was at the end when we ordered ice cream to go. The cashier was pleasant and helpful, but we watched 2 of the items get touched by no less than 3 people as they were busy closing down for the evening and shuffling orders around to accommodate the late surge in activity. The gentleman working on our order went to the back to find a lid, and two more associates moved the items to make room to process more desserts. I am only concerned about this as one of our girls has a peanut allergy, and I am not sure the others were aware. Overall, it was a great visit, and we will be back!

Love this place, I've only had an issue once but they're very quick to fix the problem. Food is always fresh and staff is very nice.

Really good burgers and fries. This is definitely a place I would go again. Maybe next time I will get to try the ice cream. I was too full this time.

It is as advertised. No fluff but good food ,nice portion size . My wife loves the chicken tenders. Friendly courteous staff. Very good cod sandwich, wonderful onion rings. Very good family dining experience.

The double burger is so good. There seemed to be enough employees so I was surprised that the soda machine was out of ice and that both ketchups were out. I walked up to the edge of the counter where the drive through access was and that nice young lady filled up both my cups with ice. 👍🏼. Nothing wrong with Culver’s, maybe a few folks need to be reminded of their responsibilities.

Every order is cooked after you order it. Waiting just beyond the drive through for 5-10 minutes is worth the freshly prepared food. Staff are polite, efficient and memorable.

Culver's have the best frozen custard. We don't have them on the west coast, so it's always a treat to visit states that do. The burgers and fries are certainly good enough for a fast food place.
Service is usually awesome at each location, including Simpsonville. We stopped there twice on our recent vacation in Kentucky.
