My go to hardware store. Local family owned and operated. Customer service and attention to detail and the customer's needs/wants are top notch. Along with competitive prices and if they don't have it, they can get it. Lastly, no offense to the big box stores but you'll feel more at home here as well.

phenomenal service! I didn't have to hunt down an employee like they're a gazelle on the savanna. I walked in, told am employee right up front in the store what I needed, and he walked me around the store. good selection, and it feels good to support an all-American small town store.

Extremely nice people, quick to Greet my wife and I, knew right away where the parts were that I needed, and fast to show me exactly where things were. I will CERTAINLY be returning for future things!! Glad to have a hardware store near by. We Are new to the area. Hopefully other businesses are this helpful and professional.

Decent selection but a hardware store that keeps bankers hours makes it tough for me to patronize them as much as I would like...Edit: two years later.... Hours are expanded some and the shelves are better stocked for sure and everyone is super helpful.. I do not drive past them anymore on the way to you know who without first trying them and far more often than not they have what I need! Keep it up!

Far superior to the big box stores in price and service! And if they don’t carry something, talk to Connor. He’s so friendly and will always work to be sure you leave his store with a smile on your face. We love Burdettes!

Burdette's is the true example of a hometown store! Connor and staff have created an amazing atmosphere catering to the needs of their town, and have done it with a smile on their faces! If they don't have the item you need, they're always happy to order it for you if possible. Their new expansion of the outdoor garden center is incredible. I can't wait to see what their future holds. Definitely a gem and a blessing to Fountain Inn!

Went in yesterday asking about yellow jacket spray as I had a nest in the ground and was helped out right away and got the Bengal spray . It worked great and so far so good no more yellow jackets. Always get great service at burdettes!!

Great place to shop. Good inventory. Store clean and service not like the big box stores. These people are ready to serve you when you enter the door. Don't have to hunt someone. Great experience.

Flexible fast and friendly service, helped with loading pine needles. In out in 10 minutes which would have been an hour at Lowe's.

A big box store accidentally dropped my order at this establishment on the other side of the country. A few days later I received a handwritten note from Connor - who forwarded the original order to my place! Respect!
