Last January I was not feeling good about myself (confidence, self esteem, etc.) over the prior year or so. I was overweight and didn’t have a suit that fit me well, and I was going to a nice celebration for the local high school boosters at the Armory. I had walked past the Sock Ministry many times and even popped in just to say hello. Well, I never thought a place as nice as that would be for me. But I decided to ask and Larry was the best really. He found the fit and “right color combo” that fit me and I literally felt better within maybe 30-45 minutes. The shirt and tie were perfect; I was super jazzed to be honest. Btw the celebration was wonderful and I felt confident.

One of their mottos is “not dressed up…just dressed” and I felt exactly that way. And it was priced reasonably. I’ll refer anyone to Larry or Mario. Any time…any age.

I wanted to add my review from a previous experience here at the Sock Ministry. In November, I had to find a tie and handkerchief for my husband to match my dress for a formal dinner. I decided to visit the Sock Ministry and received the best service. I showed the gentleman a picture of my dress and he found the perfect tie and handkerchief to match. I received great customer service and felt welcomed. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable! Will return!

The store is spacious and neat. The items are displayed meticulously and color coordinated. The atmosphere is inviting. This is a fashion forward store. If you have a question or want an opinion, Mr Kerns and Mr. Walker have great insight.

I attended the Sock Ministry's grand opening and left with colorful dress socks, a gift for my husband. He wears those "bright" socks more than the neutrals to accent outfits. I look forward to purchasing more quality "Just Because" gifts for men in my life!

What's the word to use hmm? It was a elegant experience first time getting a suit in my life, the person that helped is very nice but didn't allow me to some alpaca, well it didn't go with the suit anyways. Just thought it was funny really. I definitely recommend!
