They had a special on tools today, got a 1/2 inch torque wrench and a magnet holder for $11 total

Some good, some great and some just ok. Lots of stuff to look through. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this store!! Just finished spray a set of kitchen cabinets we built for a customer with a hvlp gun I got from here for only $20 works amazing!!!

Good variety of gloves and tools. Keep in mind some tools don't hold up under hard use but good for shade tree or around the house work. I don't buy extended warranty unless I know I'm going to use it hard.

The staff are great and very helpful. I shop this store regularly, and they always have what I need in a pinch. My grandfather shopped HF years ago, and many of his tools are still in use today. I trust their products for my business. Thank you Harbor Freight!

Good prices. Great for a hobbyist, don't have to spend a huge amount of money for tools you won't use constantly. Also has a lot of everything tool related. Staff has always been helpful!

I'm tough on my tools & use them often, and all my tools are still going strong, except for a few screw driver bits that were improperly used. I love Harbor Freight! Great prices, helpful staff, friendly service. There is a great selection of hand tools, power tools and accessories!

I love that you can search the store online and it clearly shows that the item is in stock at my local store , saves so much time

We have been trying to order a tool box set since November 2021. Have had some major set backs with the pandemic and manufacturing issues. Liz the Manager has been great! She has been awesome through this whole mess and a very focused customer service person! Be patient people like everyone else she is suffering with staffing issues.

Friendly staff, lots of great items and some for free just look at the flyers when walking in or signup to get them in your emails! This location always has what I either need or think I need at that time, LOL. Great location and easy to get to from town and I-70. I have a store closer to me, but I prefer going to this location because of the staff and supply of goods when I go visit my brother in Columbia.

We always get the adds needed something was in columbia anyways grabbed became a member and basically already paid it back.. Really great staff very very helpful and friendly

Had to return a manual log splitter I bought 6 weeks ago. The pin below the cylinder had bent. Two managers were working at the time. One had just clocked out and was talking to the other manager. The one who had clocked out went out to my truck and looked at the log splitter. He said no problem on returning for a new one. I went back in the store and the manager still on duty was already bringing the replacement to the front of the store. He loaded it into my truck and unloaded the damaged one. This all took place in about 10 minutes with no questions asked. Very pleased with the return process at this store. I will definitely be returning to this store based on their handling of my return. I'm a recent transplant from Illinois and am impressed with the service at this Harbor Freight.
