Brian & Staff were so helpful. And everyone is so very helpful. I also would have had no idea that Brian was relatively new(he said that) as he was very informative and all of the staff had all the answers and suggestions that helped me have an easy process! Thanks

Eric Weinstein was a great help today, was able to fix the issue I had with billing, merging a family account, and cellular connection issue on new devices. The issues were complex that we had to contact corporate, and he helped me and my wife and kids through the entire process. Even if Eric isn’t able to fix the issue himself, he will make sure that he helps you through the process to get their problems resolved.

I have had pretty much every iPhone since the first in 2007. I have a family plan with 5 lines and have been with AT&T for longer than I can remember. Eric was the salesperson who helped me get 2 new 14 Pro Max’s for my som and myself. There was an issue with my new phone activating from multiple tries possible. Eric stayed beyond his working hours until my phone was working perfectly with a complete transfer of all my info. The other two sales persons also stepped in and tried to help. They all went above and beyond after many hours to make myself and my son very happy. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Eric!

Eric Weinstein was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We went in to upgrade one of our phones and he was able to do both upgrades and changes to our account quickly, easily and for a not as expensive as we were thinking. Overall I’d recommend this location and seeing Eric for your needs.

Shannon an associate at the Denville store was awesome in helping me with regard to what I thought was my lost cell phone. ATT kept blocking my number. Over and over again. Through timeless patience and lots of company telephone calls my phone is finally unblocked. She was patient and cheerful. A terrific addition to their staff. She deserves a raise!!!

Had the most pleasant experience with Jack at this store. He took us right before the store closed and helped us patiently and so kindly. We overheard him treating multiple customers with respect and kindness despite being the ONLY employee working in the store late at night. We left the store with a smile on our face. He's our new go-to phone guy and we'll be sending many referrals his way.

We visited the Denville AT&T store for new phones on a Saturday evening and it could not have been an easier experience. The manager Ben C was very accommodating and honest and Matthew was super helpful setting up our new phones. Would absolutely continue using this store in the future. Great staff!

Matt was extraordinarily great! He helped us through the whole process of setting up my son’s iPhone and was knowledgeable in getting the phone updated in order to properly work. Kudos to Matt.

Jude, the AT&T Denville manager is amazing. He was taking care of 3 customers simultaneously, with a smile and professionalism, never leaving anyone feeling unattended. I know that sounds impossible, but it was the most pleasant and efficient interaction I have ever had regarding my IPhone, including at Apple. I went from feeling despair over my totally dead phone to a very happy customer with a Iphone14 pro when I left, with everything synched and operating perfectly. Jude was equally adept in helping me choose the perfect phone case, and bundling items I needed to save money. I will definitely come back to AT&T Denville and recommend to others, as long as Jude is there!

Jude took care of my family and I, giving us the best promotions before they ended in July. Highly recommend this store and this manager. It was by far the best phone experience I've ever had.

I was looking to upgrade one of my lines and called the AT&T Store in Denville (rt. 10 West) and they said they can help us even though they were closing in 30 mins. We got to the store and we were immediately greeted by an employee named Jack. He was very helpful with our needs. We ran into some issues with my plan as it was an older plan and I needed to change it. Jack had no problem looking into it. It was after 8pm and a Jack was in no rush to try to get us out the store. He answered all our questions and said wig we had any issues we could come back to see him. Happy with our service at this store and THANK YOU JACK!!!

This is the place you want to go for great service. I walked in during the holidays and of course it’s busy. However the two man team worked great together and made sure waiting customers had a time frame and acknowledgement of their presence. I will keep the same phone forever to avoid the hassle of phone shopping. Matthew explained the quality differences and I was able to pick a phone make a decision and go home with my new phone same day. Thank you so much for great customer service.

I visited the AT&T Denville store. I was greeted by Ben immediately. I went in for an upgrade at the time Ben was by himself at the store at 10am, there was nine customers who enter within 30 minutes. Ben patiently helped everyone out by the time I left within the hour he had already had helped all nine customers. Great store!

Had a great experience buying a new iPhone 14 Pro with Liam. He was extremely knowledgeable and nice. I was in and out with a new phone in less than half an hour. I had been dreading getting a new phone but he had it so easy and everything I had on my old phone transferred beautifully.

I am 68 years old and on February 2, I purchased my first new iPhone. I was hoping to get a very patient and knowledgeable sales representative as I did not know how to get my information transferred over to my new phone or how to use it. Dave was one of the best sales persons I have ever had. He was friendly, patient and extremely helpful. I even had to call after I left the store and he still was very happy to keep answering my questions.
