Bought one of their hats on vacation and lost it when i came home while out boating. Tried to buy another online only to find out they no longer carried the one I had. I reached out to them and we were able to figure out the design/color using other hats and previous catalogs and they printed me a new one. Shipped the same day and I received it three days later. Awesome customer support who actually cared. looking forward to buying more from them in the future
