Tyler was OUTSTANDING!! Super patient sweet kind! The nicest Verizon sales rep ever! Took pride in his work even when I came in near closing time he didn't rush me. Got everything transferred super easy no hassle! I purposely came to this location for their great reviews and I assure they are well deserved! If all locations were this helpful that would and took pride their work like Tyler that be a Verizon dream!

Received outstanding help from Tyler. He was extremely pleasant and made me feel that he appreciated me as a customer. Had a problem that 2 other locations had no clue. Tyler took his time and fixed my problem. Great employee.

I had used this location the last time that I upgraded and had an awesome experience with the former manager so I was a little apprehensive when I was told upon my arrival at my first visit last month that he was no longer there. However, I am happy to say that Perla and the staff at this location are amazing. I was there on three different days taking care of phones for myself and my three teenagers so I spent some quality time in there. I was impressed by the level of patience exhibited by each of the staff, even with the amount of customers that were in the store at times. Perla took the time with me to make sure I was receiving the best possible deals that were available to me. She is smart, engaging and pleasant to deal with. I’m so grateful for her time, help and expertise! Thank you!

Ashley and her supervisor were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. They made us feel very welcome and appreciated while we were being taken care off. I love this place ! Allison was super helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions flat out. Instead of trying to convince the account holder to upgrade his plan, when it wasn’t necessary. She was super laid back & professional at the same time. I love that I was able to talk to her comfortable. She helped me transfer my number with no problems & she did let me know if my number didn’t transfer over, it would be for three reasons. Allison made sure it transfer by calling customer service. I love the service I received . She also made sure the account holder received his rebate , my girl made sure she let him know to use that rebate money to take me out to eat 😂

My experience with this store and specifically with Perla was professional, friendly, informative and timely. She is clearly a very well trained employee who takes her job seriously, and has extremely good customer service abilities and experience. She explained a complex process thoroughly and respectfully, making sure I knew exactly how each step worked and why. Five stars!

I came in for a new phone and Jannel was very helpful! She followed me through the entire process, and answered any questions I had. She was very polite not only with me but other customers that walked in. I enjoyed my experience at this store and will def. be back! I love my new phone, thanks Jannel!!

Nice full service store that's well stocked with a variety of phones. Granted, they're not on display due to the pandemic, but they have them.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable from what I could tell. I was there to upgrade three business phones. It was a bit confusing and I had to return the following day for a tweak to mine. Everything was good to go after that.
My Tech's were Erick on day one, and Thomas on day two. They got the job done for me.

I unexpectedly needed to upgrade my device and I was able to get help from Tami about 20 mins before the store closed. She made sure I got the white glove treatment and stayed until almost an hour after closing to make sure my new phone was set up correctly and all my data transferred over successfully. It was a great experience!

Matthew was extremely polite and helpful. He got us in and out efficiently, which was key because I had a day full of stuff left to do! (I hate when going to phone stores takes forever!) He was knowledgeable about the products I asked about -which again... efficiency 👏🏼 Matthew for sure deserves a raise or a bonus. Thanks so much for your help!

I had the pleasure of working with Abdel today and he couldn’t have been nicer. Very knowledgeable, patient and customer orientated. He made what Ii thought would be a stressful situation into a informative relaxing afternoon. A very bright and considerate young man.

I needed to upgrade my phone, and being of a certain age group, wanted to do this in person (not online or over the phone). I choose this Verizon location and was extremely pleased with the service. Over the course of ordering and then picking up the phone, I worked with several staff members, all of whom were very knowledgeable, relaxed, and patient. They explained upgrade choices and options for payments (ended up saving money on our family bill!), and they went out of their way to get the phone set up and working before I left the store. The customer service a real treat and will definitely continue to use this store. Thank you for the positive experience.

We went to Verizon Wireless and Baltimore did an amazing job! He was very respectful and listened carefully to our request. We were there for a few hours and he listened attentively and patiently the entire time. My family and I are definitely going to come back to this Verizon to work with Baltimore. He was an amazing employer and made the whole process of getting a new phone very simple.

The girls that work at this location are amazing! Great customer service and fun to deal with. Use to go to the Orland Park location for all my Verizon needs. Never again. Not after having been at the Tinley location. Complete different buying experience. Orland Park location could learn a thing or two from these girls in Tinley Park about customer service. Great job ladies!!
