Wonderful store! The employees are always so cheerful, encouraging and helpful. I can go in there and say, "Help! I need an outfit for a certain occasion". They will always come through and find me exactly what I need! I always have a great experience here!

The manager Terry in Mt Kisco is amazing, friendly and truly cares for her customers. She smiles all the time and figures out what you would like for each body type. Thanks to Terry always on point with my outfits.

l love Chico's! l don't buy much clothing, only occasionally. l'm more interested in their jewelry, especially their jewelry on sale. The discounts are great. l often find items that l can gift to family + friends.
The salesgirls used to be a bit snobby, but last time l was there they were very down to earth. Their brand is very recognizable. When l wear their clothes or jewelry people approach me and ask if l got it at Chico's.
