Banana Republic Factory Store

I didn't expect the service to be as good as it was. You greeted as soon as you walk in the door. I went to Banana Republic to buy pants for my husband. The employees were very friendly and helpful and showed me where they were. She gave great suggestions and ideas for the pants and provided me with information about the prices and fit and different styles.

My amazing experience with the general manager in the store on Monday, Sept. 26 will have me coming back many more times. The clothes are great, but the customer service is always on point. Just wish they’d put the clearance section back into size order instead of color, but I’ll deal with that!

Found the perfect suit, salesman was cool with taking the only one my size off the mannequin. That's great service, glad to see it's still out there.

I just want to thank and acknowledge employee name is Gaby. These days seem to find less of good help and great employee’s. She did an excellent job, it’s customer service to the fullest. I had a funeral/awake to attend within a couple hours and I couldn’t be happier leaving there with my purchase. Thank you the outfit definitely made me feel more comfortable and noticeably formal.

Found some amazing deals here. High quality clothing for a reasonable price. The staff greet you at the door are are extremely helpful. Spent about 300 and got 4 pair of pants a dress and 3 shirts. I will visit again soon.

Great deals for the work wear at a reasonable price especially if you shop the clearance section. Sizes are nicely grouped together and easily visible. Aisles are very narrow and can get crowded during peak times. Fitting rooms are always busy and can be hard to track down an employee for help. But overall worth stopping in for latest work fashion.

Went there on Black Friday so the outlet was a bit messy but I've to say salesperson were so helpful.
