Patriot Store

I stopped by the store today to grab a few items and just to see if the store had enough inventory and to take a few pictures. The lady inside was friendly and I spoke with her for a few minutes bought my items and left the store. This store centered in the middle and has an entry on both sides of the walkway that leads to the either side of the hallway.

When i started to get help here the Dr,s and staff was great. In last couple of years its getting hard to get appointments, and correct info. I've been trying to get an appointment for neurologist clinic. Its been almost a year and I haven't received one. They said that I canceled the appointment, but i said I would take the first appointment, either in the community or at the clinic. My health provider has contacted them a few times also. The blood drawn is unbelievable, it takes hours not a few minutes like before. It's hard for me to go to Dallas It's over 50 miles and takes me about one and a half hours to go to the main hospital in Dallas. I can't drive like i used to, i sakes and jerk to much. I don't have anyone to take me or its almost impossible to request a ride from the VA.

Came to get a few items. As soon as I got to the counter, the female associate did not acknowledge my presents; didn't speak and threw my receipt on the counter as I had my hand out to take the receipt.
As a veteran and a customer at that, we all deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, especially if all we are are customers. This lady was on the taller side, brown complexions with kind of curly hair with a raspy voice. Very unprofessional, not polite and seemed to pick and choose who she wanted to be customer service friendly to. Very disrespectful and perhaps needs retraining or get a job to where she's not interacting with a variety of different people and veterans that served this country.
