Amazon Fresh

I've been ordering, exclusively, from this place for over a year. I just wanted to see the distribution point of my food.

I was pleasantly surprised.

It is very clean, with wide aisles and soft colors. Mixed in among customers are Amazon employees, quietly scurrying from product to product assembling my neighbors' orders.

Aisles upon aisles of literately everything from soup to nuts. A butcher, a baker. A candlestick.

There is also a coffee area that is a better quick-break spot than any Starbucks. Large and quiet, you can sip your favorite latte or peruse the fare at their in-house delicatessen. The free wifi completes the experience. Thrilling.

Can I be blamed for gushing? More places like this, in my neighborhood, in my city, in my state, in my country, might just be the cure for the stress and high blood pressure everyone seems to suffer from these days.

Amazon Prime Day is coming July 11th & 12th. Very good prices on everything. I joined Amazon One while I was there; I paid for my purchase just by hovering my hand over the reader. Super nice.

It's also a convenient place to make Amazon returns. No packing, no printing. Just show the email from Amazon to the girl at the counter. That's it, plus you get a coupon for $10 off your next purchase of $40. How cool is that?

When you 'Pay by Palm', the Amazon associate asks you if you'd like a receipt emailed to you, or would you like to have a printed copy. As a recovering trash maker, I asked for one to be emailed to me. My phone makes a squeak when I get an email; it squeaked before I could ask her how long until I received the email. Sensational.

Sad that they are changing the Happy Belly product name to just 'Fresh'. I liked that name. The associate said that on my receipt, there was a link to comments and suggestions. Perhaps I'd like to speak directly to the management about my thoughts on the matter?

This place is so cool for so many reasons. Not only can you return your Amazon merchandise easily at the customer service counter on the right once you enter, the store is very clean, new, and all employees are friendly. Lastly, you can’t beat the prices and also the technology if you choose to utilize the shopping cart that scans your items as you place them into the cart. No need for a traditional check out. All you need to do is sign into the cart once you grab it and start shopping. Absolutely amazing and conveniently located right in the middle of NoHo.

Amazon Fresh offers a convenient and affordable shopping experience. The store is clean, and well-managed stock. The staff is helpful, and the autonomous shopping cart is a very fun addition 😃
The store is a bit small but it's sometimes challenging to find the right aisle.
Nonetheless, the prices and experience are good, making it worth a visit!

I had a coupon, and that made a big difference with my Prime membership. The best part of the experience, though, was the man who greets you and explains how the new carts work. This gentleman is a gem! He was very patient and friendly, all while being highly efficient and knowledgeable. He really embodies Excellent Customer Service!

Great 4 their whole rotisserie chicken for just under $5! You can buy it hot or cold and already cooked and ready to eat. I love their chicken 🐔 it is delicious and better then Costco in my opnion.

Great location near freeways and I like the wide selection of many hard-to-find brands and delicious fresh baked bakery, an incredible deli with hot pizza pie and slices that are fresh and hot, you serve coffee ready-to-go various healthy choices, and even vegan options. You can pick up and send return Amazon orders here as well!

Love this location!! It always has the things I need at lower prices than comparable stores, especially for meat prices....so grateful!!

Great market, at very reasonable prices. This is a really nice store. Has a variety of products. The pizza is good. You also get a 10% discount at checkout when you show you are an Amazon Prime member, which makes it even better. Definitely recommend.

Amazing store with great prices. Plenty employees to help answer any questions and they are all amazing people.

They have new shopping carts that you sign in with the Amazon app. So long as your debit or credit card is linked to the app you log in and shop on the go with automatic price updates. When you’re finished you just walk through a lane and it automatically charges your account so you don’t have to wait in line.

They also have shopping carts for toddlers which is really cool.

Use the electronic carts up front, you can just load your groceries directly into your bags (or they give you paper bags even) so no bagging and check out when you’re done. Just grab your bagged groceries and go. Huge win.

Plenty of parking downstairs. The smart cart is the way to go. You just sync it to your Amazon account and shop. Lots of great fresh ready to go meals as well as groceries. If you don't have an Amazon account, no problem! You can check out the normal way, but with the smart cart, just put your groceries in it and when you are done shopping, you just walk on out! Super easy!

The check out staff are always so friendly. Thru have good produce and discounts for Prime members.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions that I had. I did not know how to get the 20 percent off that the store add displayed.

I can’t believe this store! Incredible!! They have everything and being a Prime member makes it even more worthwhile! Food is fresh - customer service is great, and you can process returns here for your Amazon items.
I bought Kicking Horse coffee last night - tried it this morning, I’m gonna be sticking to that brand now too. And I can’t wait to have my whole fam shop here from now on!

Nice, clean, and affordable prices. I enjoy shopping at Amazon Fresh. I go there for certain items, like chicken breast the family package and the beef 2 lbs package. Those are great deals. Maybe I will not be able to find all the items on my list here, but that has always been the case. Not all my favorite brands or items are carried at the same store.

It’s such a pleasure shopping at this Amazon. Bridget was such a sweetheart & everyone had smiles on their faces even a cute little girl who couldn’t stop waving at me. Grocery shopping experiences like this make you feel so much more connected to beautiful folks around you. it was truly wholesome indeed 🥹 oh, and the quality of produce for the price was phenomenal imo.

Amazing experience with this store. Specially the shopping cards that scanning counting and checking out on the way. The checkout is the best part, when you just walking out trough designated area for carts without stoping, and done your Amazon account getting charged.

Cool people, nice clean store. Good location. Used to be open earlier and great sales. Now, not so much.
