I have been a Target customer for over 20 years. Their product line is both quality and affordable. Once I am in the store I always taken by the friendly and helpful staff, even if they are busy stacking they would stop to help. The cashiers are always courteous inquiring if you found what you’re looking for. Target will remain my first option when shopping.

Target always has what I need & if it's not available just order & it'll usually be there in 2days! Great customer service when you need it! & You can grab some Starbucks on your way in & out 💜

The store was very clean and organized. The employees were very friendly and willing to help. The checkout lines were very short and there were actual humans checking you out.

Initially, excited to see target carries my favorite keto chips- popcorners Flex even though they were out of them today. I will try again and I can get them shipped as I live 2 hours away. 😀 Other than that, I enjoyed shopping for other keto items today such as Quest s'mores bars. I have never tried these and delighted to find a new flavor! Nice work with stocking the Keto cereals as well!! 😀

I do my shopping on line and Target makes it so easy for me to pick up by car and go. Love this service and the employees are so accommodating.

I come to Target ONCE. A. YEAR!
Not my store, but as I was going through the ad I noticed somethings I needed were on sale AND you also received a gift card… in my head (last week) I’m thinking why not?! In addition to this commitment i agreed upon - in my head - my anxiety level was at a million. So yesterday, I pushed myself to go in the store- I was a nervous reck!!! First, I went to the counter and asked for a flyer (I didn’t know it was a thing of the past), however, when I asked the lady at the counter for one , not only did she make it seem like an ad was a foreign object, but she also made me feel stupid as if they never offered one! I almost left just because of her insensitive response however, I continued…
I proceeded to shop for the items I came to get. Made sure all was included in the sale they were running… I’m done!
I head towards the register and notice an extremely long line between 5-6pm. Which I expect everywhere, since everyone is coming out of work, that’s cool! However, as I approach the self checkout and the ONE register open- it seemed a bit ridiculous to only have ONE register open at that time.
I approach this beauty and gave her a disclaimer while I’m dripping in sweat due to my anxiety ***I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE*** and informed her what my attempts were. This girl not only said, that’s fine we will get through this together, but she also made me feel great inside. As she was checking me out she was explaining what was happening, gave me insight on what to expect moving forward, she didn’t rush the process or me, she wasn’t frustrated, annoyed or irritated - as the line was building up!
We finally got done with my order and as many times as I’ve thanked her she just smiled and told me to have a great day!

I had to be at the store for a special errand. I met people I'd not seen in ages. We had a nice visit. The Target Team, did not stop our brief visit. This made a great day. Errand done, too.

Trips to target are already fun, but I truly enjoyed the customer service that Frankie provided! She works in the food court area; she is absolutely pleasant and so efficient! My husband and I appreciated her communication and fun jokes as we waited for our food. Thank you for the best customer service we have received in a while!

Target is clean and friendly. The company shares profit to help others like Saint Jude. Walmart only donates money from customers and employee fundraising. Target does more donating than McDonald's does for their own charity.

Fast, friendly, and convenient service! Prices were better than what I could find anywhere online. One of the items I went in for was not on the shelf, so I placed an order for pickup online while I was in the store. They had it ready at checkout within minutes. Another item I went in for had a higher price on the shelf than it did online. The employee easily changed the price to match the online price when she rang it up. I was impressed with how fast I got in and out with the crowd being what it was on the next-to-last Saturday before Christmas.

I always have a great experience at Target. Easy to find items in the well organized store, especially with the app telling you exactly what aisle to look for. && the employees there are always so nice, efficient, quick, and helpful. Big shout out to Ms. Sassy, the greatest Target employee I've ever met in my life!

Brittany and Josh were so friendly!!! Brittany even helped me load my cart which I've never had happened before! I live about 45 minutes from Target but if I was closer I would be here everyday 🤣. I love coming here. Everyone is so friendly.

The quality and prices are really great. I can easily find what I need in-store and online, and get it quickly. The employees keep the store neat and tidy, and we're helpful and polite. I will definitely be shopping here again.

The young lady name Elliott in Electronic were very helpful, patience and friendly . She assisted 3 of us (customers) and solved our problems with our phone. All three of us left the store happy because our problems were solved. She is very knowledgeable of electronic. Ms. Elliot is the best I wish all stores had an Elliot. Thanks Target for having Elliot at Target.
