We had 2 pieces framed recently, and the service was spectacular. We didn't feel rushed (despite a LONG decision on what matting to use) and they offered us great ideas. The staff seemed as excited about our artwork as we were. They were done before promised and one of the pieces had a slight chip in the frame when we inspected it, the worker wouldn't let us take it that way and insisted that they redo it. The redo was SUPER fast and absolutely perfect. Will definitely be back for future projects.

Gray is my favorite employee (I hope I spelled it correctly) they were so helpful and really great at there job. I definitely felt welcomed with gray working there. Lots of great deals and discounts and so much great options for crafting. If you love crafting definitely a great place to go.

I went to Michaels a few weeks ago for some water beads. If you do not know what water beads are, they are like acrylic beads that swell up in water and are used in ornaments. What I did not know was that before you let them set in water and swell up they are small little grains that look like raw sugar grains. Well, I had asked a cashier where they were, and was she point to an aisle and I walked over and uselessly look around. By the way, water beads do not say water beads on the bad. They say something like ornamental beads. So, I did not even know that were what I needed. So, I bounce around the store foolishly for awhile and finally decide to ask someone to help me. The person I asked happened to be the store manager. She was very kind and helped me find them. So, thank you for helping me. I also posted a few pictures of water beads. Very pretty and not so expensive to make an event even more special.

The quality of their flowers is a 100x better than Hobby Lobby. I was looking for flowers for centerpieces for my wedding and did not leave disappointed.

The employees were super helpful and attentive and it was just overall a really good experience.

Wide variety of crafting supplies and prices are reasonably. Store is organized well and sales associate was professional.

The frame dept was able to cut glass for us within minutes, late in the day during Christmas week rush. Thank you!

Michaels had exactly what I was looking for in the scrapbooking section and despite the large crowd of people in line they had enough employees to handle the overflow and the line moved smoothly

I love shopping at Michael's. I wanted to buy the whole store. I love that I can pull up the 20% coupon on my phone and have it scanned at the register. This really encourages me to go in and stock up on my craft supplies! Thanks Michael's for helping me to save.

The staff here is AMAZING! and very helpful. I make soaps and a staff member whom I forgot her name helped me out as well as the store manger even though they had lots of inventory all over the place but still took the time to help me shop and find the things I needed. 5 Stars 🌟

Massive store with a lot of what I was looking for. Tons of Happy Planner items! More than the one where I live (Bluffton SC). store was nice and clean, employees were kind and helpful. Definitely recommend stopping in for any craft needs! They always have amazing discounts as well.

Micheals always has great stuff, though the prices can be on the higher end so we only shop when we can find great deals. Our last adventure was for a drawer cart ♡ we used a 40% off coupon which was perfect!
