Ole Times Country Buffet Savannah

Great customer service. Very nice cashier. It was hot fresh and delicious!! Glad we chose this over fast food. Took a plate to a relative at Hospital with her sick daughter & she could not stop thanking us for a home cooked meal! Thanks to Ole Times for helping our family eat one hot meal at a time during this difficult time.

Ok y'all, this place ain't perfect. Service is downright indifferent and some employees even treat you like an inconvenience. The greens are among the worst I've ever had. They were out of forks my entire visit and I had to ask my server for a plastic one after I was halfway through my plate. But... BUT!

This cornbread is to die for. Maybe the best I've ever had. It tastes like buttered corn in bread form. Forget buttering it - you can already see the butter in it. The mac and cheese was fantastic. The jambalaya too. The baked fish and fried shrimp were very good too. So the food carries this place and it gets 5 stars despite the service. Will return when I can justify the calories (because CORNBREAD)

We were traveling from Philadelphia to Disney and stopped in Savannah Ga. to rest. We were hungry from the over night drive and asked at the hotel where to eat. When they recommended this place they described it as "like old country buffet." There was nothing about ocb that we wanted haven driven so far so we picked a different place. When we got there we found out we weren't dressed appropriate for the other restaurant so we begrudgingly came to old times country buffet. Omg did we almost miss out! This place is a gem. Everything was delicious and tasted like it was made in house. If it wasn't, you sure fooled me. I don't even like pork chops, but these were so good I had go back for another one. The desserts were out of this world. I can't say how much I recommend this place!

Great buffet with a nice variety of Southern Comfort foods. Friendly waitress that kept our table uncluttered and sweet tea glass full.

It's 7pm on a Tuesday (01.10.23) and everything is hot, fresh and seasoned to perfection. I guess the saying is true; third times a charm!!! You guys I'm really not over exaggerating everything is amazing!! Kiss the cooks ;-)

Sn; it's not just the food, the servers are great as well I've had three amazing servers (they never fumbled the ball)

This is an all-you-can eat place with many choices of comfort food, and of course, you will over eat! It is impossible not to do so. Just a taste of everything that looks good is way more than a body needs and so satisfying! We ate here twice in our week in Savannah, and we were not disappointed at all. What an array of foods! If you love to eat, you will love this place!

Was staying at the motel beside so thats how i found it.
Lots of options and everything I had was delicious I really liked the catfish.
It has a lively atmosphere and even though they were closing in 1h all the food options were still available.
I took a take out plate and that was the only issue, the lady at the entrance was just staring at me not saying anything i had to ask her if i put it on the scale myself.. then i paid and she still didnt say a word so i awkwardly put it in the bag myself not knowing what to do since i never been there.

If you want to experience true southern hospitality and some grade A soul food then ole times is the place to go! After our first night eating here we ate here every night of our trip! 2 6foot British beasts with big appetites ate and drank way more then we could handle for under $20 each, the service was great, the food was amazing and thr prices? You're not gonna find better food for the price then here!

On a weekend getaway for mother's day. This restaurant has very good down home southern food ,staff is very nice and the peach cobbler is Delicious 😋 👌

Wow! What a wonderful place! I came to Savannah for 5 days and only on day 4 I discovered this wonderful eatery next to my hotel. I highly recommend it! I am originally from Russia but have lived in New York City for 19 years. I am familiar with soul food but I actually wanted to experience soul food in the South. Ole Time's Country Buffet definitely met my expectations. The variety of food is very extensive and everything tastes sooooo good! The selection of deserts was amazing. Also, the prices are VERY PLEASANT!!! You can get so much for your money. Thank you for this great experience 😍

We had our daughter birthday party at Ole Time and she had a blast. We called they accommodated. Food from the buffet was delicious and we had no complaints.

The buffet and customer service was great. We were in Savannah for the weekend and this was the first restaurant that we were very pleased about. No other food here compared to this restaurant. Need a nap after going here to eat for sure.

OMG!!!! This place was great the waitress was great lefted a good tip. The food was great and seasoned just right, the salad bar was great, but the dessert bar wasn't to my liking because I'm used to Golden Corral's and the place was very cleaned. My grandson keep asking when we're going back we will be going back very soon. I heard of this place 2 years ago but I'll go to Golden Corral fan I'll go all the was to Jacksonville but now I have a place to go to 🍽🙂🙃👍 ohhhh the do take outs 😁

AMAZING AND SO DELICIOUS!! Hands down the best we had in Georgia. The buffet was plentiful with a huge variety of southern soul feel good options. So many options is was hard not to try everything. Ribs, chicken, fish, shrimp and grits, salad, fruits, breads, desserts.... Literally endless. The staff was friendly and they were able to seat our party of ten with no wait. Masks are required when are the buffet and they provide gloves for COVID guidelines. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if in the area. Wish they had one closer to home.

The food and staff are amazing! The location could use a minor face lift but other than that it's a definite recommend.

THE BEST BUFFET I'VE HAD SO FAR!! There were only a couple things I wasn't fond of. The staff was great and so we're the customers. If I lived here I'd go back as much as possible. Oh yeah and the mac and cheese 🤤🤤🤤🤤I had four plates!
