CVS

The whole Pharmacy Team,work so well together.Sam is the Pharmacist, and he is so professional,his staff as well. I moved about one year ago,out of the area,but I continue to use this CVS,because they work hard and they are very nice. I am also a business owner,I have my staff treat our clients with kindness and respect,we are all going through difficult times.

Store is very clean . Everyone is very welcoming. Guy named Edgar greeted me while I walk-in and helped to find so many products around. He was very professional and helpful everytime I visit. Other than that whole store is very well stocked and clean. I am very happy with services they provided.

I recently started shopping here at the Walnut Hill location. I was trying to learn how to use the digital coupons program and the app and wotnot. I spoke to Uzma about it and she was so helpful to me. So helpful! Very kind and very patient. She answered all my questions (some more than once) and just went above and beyond the call of duty! Still every time I come into the store she is so friendly and helpful. I wish all the employees had a terrific attitude like hers!! Also, she explained the carepass program to me and I bought the yearly subscription. So now I get $10 to spend on merchandise each month for $4. I think that is a pretty good deal!

Uzma was wonderful. My experience was excellent, and i highly applaud Uzma for her great customer service skills. She helped me get my carepass set up and even got me a $10 credit. Thanks for looking out Uzma

I tore my meniscus and was unable to walk to pick up my curbside order. I didn’t know that curbside pick up for this location was required to walk in store . I don’t who that manager is that’s in today, but he was very understanding and politely brought my items to the car for me. If I could give more stars I would!!

Employees in this cvs is extremely helpful compare to other cvs I have ever been too. Yomi helped me find lots of items and helped me for quick checkout too. Love their service.

The pharmacist here I am unsure of his name but he went above and beyond to help me and was extremely nice and kind! The staff here are just wonderful and extremely nice! They submit your insurance without question or they always try to use a coupon code! Great explanation of medication and usage!

Caring and attentive staff ,- sometimes crowded, but worth the wait.

I needed a photo of a prescription I had got back in july but really didn’t want to drive to the store. The kind pharmacist I spoke to informed me that I can access my prescriptions online which made my life 100 times easier. Thank you so much.

Chris, forgive me if I got your name wrong. The young man who helped find me the right cane. Simple and plain not flashing witch was the only options on the floor so I asked him for some assistance and he was a great help. He went to the back and came back to give me a small selection and had exactly what I was looking for. I was on my way to the check out and he went back to find a similar one but had a better grip and better for my usage because I place a lot of pressure for comfort. You were the man today!

Carlos was extremely helpful and the manager is always very helpful.

We went through drive through to fill the prescription and the insurance denied it. So the lady who was working with us told us too come in so she could help us with a app called good rx... So the prescription came out to be 42 dollars and some change. So with the discount it was 25 dollars and some change. The lady came back and said you don’t owe anything it’s paid for you have a zero balance! My husband and I was like huh... But long story short these Ladies Rock we really really Appreciate you guys. Thank y’all so much. ❤

Kacy the pharmacist is amazing. She went beyond what she supposed to do for my old man and I really truly appreciate it !

Great place for the quick pick me up needs. Basic grocery- milk, bread, etc. Tons of fantastic beauty supplies, makeup, and other personal care too. Everyone who works there is super sweet and does their best to give personal service to all their customers. Keep up the great work, everyone!!

Friendly clean and fast . Self checkout. Not a busy spot so it's a quick errand the times that I been.

Here is the pharmacy hours since Google refuses to update our store hours. And people don't go to the actual cvs.com website even though it's easier and we have a whole app to help people.

RD department is the best I had ever experience the grocery area needs a bit of more pep in their step but is still great service. Glad we transferred to this CVS.

I was looking for arthritis pain gloves and Edgar saw me, stopped what he was doing and helped me for, like, 5 minutes, looking in several places until he found them! A lovely, helpful young man.

All employees are very good and nice. They are very helpful.
